Rong food I’m receiving & cold food and drink is rong

Order never came and McDonald’s don’t answer their phones so order can’t be fixed left without disgraceful service

Although our food was on time items were missing AS PER USUAL LIKE EVERY VISIT

Ordered two minecraft meals instead of happy meals aa kids wanted mindcraft toys. No toys came

Forgotten happy meal ?! Annoying considering it was a small order not to difficult

wrong order delivered as well, children disappointed after waiting up for their order and milkshakes,

Terrible. my chips were saggy and cold, my coke had 1/4 of it rest was spilled over my ice cream and my milkshake was spilled also all over it. I dont really fault McDonalds for thisz but the terrible delivery driver.

How do you forget chips in both meals, a whole drink and the 2 collectibles in a meal promoted specifically with them? At this point I'm surprised everytime I get more than an empty bag.

if I could give a zero star I would food never came tracked the delivery they drove to our estate got to the roundabout said delivered yet didn't deliver our food I will be getting a full refund

In the past several months I have ordered from this MC Donald's and always had issues with delivery. My fries and dips in my order would be missing and when phoning the delivery driver (both Uber and just eat) they would tell me it was a MC Donald's issue and to phone them. Today I phoned and no one answered like previous times so I called down to find out what was going on. Thankfully they redid my whole order and gave me everything I ordered but it's mad I had to go to the restaurant and couldn't get through on the phone. Seems like a common thing as a delivery worker was talking to me about it. If ordering food from here note you might have items missing and if you want to get them or a refund just eat will ask for picture proof and you can be refunded from there.

Great food and delivery was good but as usual no red sauce dips or straws for drinks, along with one of my drinks being different to what I ordered. I still enjoyed my meal. Thank you for your hard work especially on a busy day.

Just your prices are more expensive than McDonald's app own so will be using there app from now on..

Very bad service and rude staff, they think that giving free food as the customer is beggars. Most of the times missing food in the order, and wrong food, long waiting time. I’m not recommend anyone

Lurgan mcds is woeful when you're ordering a delivery. They ALWAYS leave things out of the order, every single time I've ordered. It's got to the point I will not used the mcds app because if you try to contact them about missed items that were paid for, they NEVER answer their phone. If you're ordering from Lurgan order through JustEat, you can get refunds easily through JustEat.

Delivery driver was excellent and arrived a few minutes earlier than expected. The order was missing a few items but outside of that. Excellent as a whole.

They told me to park in Bay 2 and they already gave me the McFlurry and had to wait 5-10 minutes for the food to be brought to me to my car mcFlurry had started to melt.

i haven’t received my order. I asked the delivery man to come to a different location as i accidentally put in the wrong one.He asked me for the pin over text and i give him it.The food now says delivered and i haven’t received my order.
