McDonald's in Craigavon

Such a bad experience left for 1 hour and 30 minutes just to get absolutely nothing, ridiculous, don’t know how to properly deal with Just Eat machine! Always cold and wrong food when ordering, that was my last time trying to give it a chance.

For the last 7 deliveries I have found that at least 1 item would be missing tonight there was 2 drinks and a burger n drink which obviously is a usual thing which cost money and there is no where to request my money back for these items

The Burgers are cold, the outside is warm and the inside is cold and fries are not properly cooked. I wish they could be more like the MC Donald's up at the abbey center there food quality is the absolute best I've ever had from a MC Donald's. Please do better !!

Got food from a drive thru and when I got home I was missing food items tried calling up but couldn't get through. Just inconvenient when I'm tired and just want to eat my food.

Very fast service with a smile place was bungled but the staff where very professional so that's the reason for the hight score food was hot and coffee was hot so

Lurgan McD is a joke! Coffee leaking at delivery, hash browns stuck to paper and half a bun on sausage/egg McMuffin! Never again!

U guys forgot more than half the order like come on guys read the just eat

Our order was late and driver was waiting on wrong address and when I tried to explain to him he just said that it is not his problem and he didn’t want to listen

i didn’t get a drink and got my order wrong and i asked for no cheese or mustard and i got double

I swear this branch needs to either close down or get new staff altogether. How hard is it to read a receipt and get an order right instead of consistently missing items out altogether. You wait absolute AGES for an order coming and they leave out so friggin much. Does nobody check the bags before they are sent out??!!! Bulldoze the entire place because this is going on for far too long.

Missing items. Sayed to delivery driver to go back and get them and he wouldnt. Payed £20 for nothing. Cold and useless. Wont be ordering again. I just cant understand how you forget things from an order.

Cannot fault Just Eat. But McDonalds order arrives every time with something wrong and always no dips.

Delivery time kept changing. Courier was at the restaurant for a long time, don’t know how long the food has been sitting before her picked it up but it was stone cold.

So my car broke down whilst in drive through. Josh the Manager and 2 colleagues walked behind just incase as managed to park. Came back later for RAC and gave me a coffee to be kind. Much appreciated.

Food freezing. Layout inside is confusing. Almost everytime order is either wrong or something is missing. Bad experience with their uber also and was never refunded for food that wasnt delivered. Tried phoning McDonald's numerous times and no answer

recently ordered from McDonald's and, unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Three items were missing from my order, and to make matters worse, none of the dips I selected were included, even though they were an option when ordering. It’s frustrating to pay for a meal and not receive everything as expected. Attention to detail is essential, especially with something as simple as ensuring all items are packed. This experience left me feeling let down, and I hope McDonald's improves its order accuracy in the future.

Found it quite expensive £9 something for 3 chicken select pieces and 3 mozeralla dippers and a mcflurry..but think they charge now for the sweet chilli dip. No chips or drink..but I guess everything dearer these days

There also was no egg in the cold double sausage egg muffin aswell as the coffee bring all spilled inside the bag must of happened as he came up 3 flights of stairs so can’t say anything but try to be careful and not swing the bag as your going up stairs

Met a young worker who said his name was Henry Maguire he is the greatest McDonald’s worker I have ever seen his service was impeccable and he was the nicest man I have ever met the way he spoke was wonderful. Honestly I think I fell in love with him he is the greatest worker I have ever seen the way he flipped burgers is amazing I love him.

Lurgan mcds is woeful when you're ordering a delivery. They ALWAYS leave things out of the order, every single time I've ordered. It's got to the point I will not used the mcds app because if you try to contact them about missed items that were paid for, they NEVER answer their phone. If you're ordering from Lurgan order through JustEat, you can get refunds easily through JustEat.

Very disappointed in the service and quality of food, food was ordered at 7.25 with a delivery time of 7.50, the order was over half an hour late. On arrival the delivery driver was very nice, however the bag was open for which the driver apologised. When we got our food it was stone cold and half of it went into the bin! Simply not good enough in my opinion
