The quality of food was horrendous . In the fish and chips dish the fish was undercooked. After taking the first bite I saw that the butter was still raw and runny underneath. In the mixed meat dish the pork was having a weird taste like of an outdated meat. It was a huge disappointment as we’ve ordered the Chinese takeaway as a Sunday treat and the food had to go to the bin.

Vinegar vinegar The cook is crazy about vinegar. It used to be great food, now it's just vinegar, maybe that's just my opinion

The staff are friendly and do a good job. But unfortunately the food wasn't good you can actually taste the grease.

Usually use this takeaway for Chinese as the food is generally good and they have decent portion sizes. Ordered kung po chicken this evening and it was possibly the most vile dish ever tasted. Stringy, jelly like tiny bits of chicken, frozen veg have clearly been used and the sauce tasted nothing like the spicy garlic flavour advertised and was like runny jelly. The prices on their only online menu (Facebook) are incorrect with mains being £3 more expensive than the menu shows. Hopefully this was a one off but it was a waste of almost £15 for one dish.

Food was ok told ten minutes on the phone waited 20 minutes when I arrived i never understand this doubt I would be back

Nice enough food here but they got part of my order wrong even thou they were asked to confirm the order twice on the phone. Disappointing.

Telephoned at 6pm to collect at 6.30pm and was assured it would be ready. Wasn't ready. Customer walk ins ordered and received food before me. At 6.45pm I asked where food was, received it at 6.50pm. This is not the first time this has happened, we've had to wait up to 45mins for an order we telephoned in. Couldn't eat my food I was so annoyed and told them I'd never go back. Avoid this place, they prove themselves to be totally unreliable again and again.

Huge portions but the chicken in the chicken curry, was horrible and so tough. Totally inedible. First and last visit to Bamboo.

I can't give no stars worst chicken curry ever 0 stars will not be back was not worth the long wait even tho it was a telephone order need I say more

Having got out of here for months I have to say the food I got was nothing like what we have got before, it was tasteless... the gravy was horrible and the chicken fried rice was in clumps, the ribs were more fat than anything, there is no way that this was cooked by the same people... if it has changed hands we certainly won’t b back

Been here a few times & can not complain! It's exactly as you would expect - no surprises. It's always busy, so that's a good sign!

I first tried Bamboo in October last year and I have been back several times since. It’s the perfect takeaway for Chinese food. Bamboo is a clean place (as far as we could see), the chefs are quick and the food is lovely. I would highly recommend a visit to this takeaway if you like Chinese food.

Neither good nor bad. Portions not substantial. Pricier than other chinese takeaways in the area.

We shared veg spring rolls and salt and chilli chicken for starter. Both were lovely. For main we shared Kung Po with fried rice. The chicken was tasty and packed full of veg, rice wasnt greasy. Very good meal and good value. Will be back

I had tried for years to give them benefit of doubt - but had nothing but deep fried bones and the one bit of pork was putrid - had serious stomach sickness afterwards, complained and had just as bad - but the chicken now tastes like frozen pieces, some chilli chicken starter deep fried with no chicken in it - not a solid piece of breast of frsh chicken - very stringy - definitely not a good order

There food is reasonably priced an is good. They're chicken fried rice is very good but fried rice can be a bit eggy

It’s the second time we had an order mix up. First time we got someone else’s order and this time our delivery was missing a main meal!! 20 minutes trying to get through to ask for it’s delivery but line was busy.

Never had a bad feed from the bamboo. Large portions as expected. Delivery service available also. Recommend

Great take-away food, huge Chinese menu, brought in quick time and cost very reasonable. Excellent cooked Chinese meals.

Dos de las órdenes donde completamente equivocados cuando nos abrieron los contenedores, hicieron todo sobre otros arruinando la comida. Me llamó para decírselo y nos dijeron que podíamos volver y conseguir una comida familiar. Volvimos en buena fe y pedimos una comida familiar cuando fui A recogerlo me dijeron que solamente mi plato era gratis y que tendríamos que pagar todos los platos también muy ignorante y grosero de servicio.

Bien, deje la primera oferta con la calidad de la comida. Sin duda no es la mejor comida china de la ciudad, que es sin duda de Som Pot.

So... Esta noche fuimos para tocarles un chino con mi novia. Conseguimos chip salsa con queso y parte de pelotas de pollo. Las patatas fritas eran terribles. En seco, falta de salsa, falta de queso... No pude comer el chip. Así que abrí mi pelotas de pollo. ¿adivina qué? Pasta bolas de pollo estaba seco como el infierno mismo como pollo. Todo estaba tirado tras 2 minutos de comenzar a comer. Nunca alguna vez de nuevo y no recomiendo a nadie. Fuimos allí a las once de la noche. Peor Experiencia china tenía en años y mi primera reseña. Tan enojado lo malo que era.

Just got my first ever sirloin steak delivery and blown away by it. I asked for medium rare and it was perfect. Bamboo never fails to deliver on quality and flavour. You have to try it - sit in, take-away or delivery. Enjoy!

Food is consistent, service is fast, but sometimes quality of chicken can be rubbery, but generally its good and we toss a coin for our weekly order between these two.

Had a take away tonight ....family dinner party , food was excellent.... ordered 45 minutes in advance and ready for collection as arranged. Good portions. Well cooked food. Prompt friendly service. Great value for money

The food in Bamboo is great. I drive past at least 4 other chinese take outs to get food at Bamboo. The only reason I have rated 4 out of 5 is that the 'crispy shredded chicken in honey chilli wine sauce' is too hot for me and so I only go to other takeouts when I take the notion for this,

Eat from here occasionally. I usually stick to the chicken and black bean as I share with a small child, but the meals are always tasty enough and the service is grand. The only negative is that it is a little more salty than other Chinese restaurants that I may visit.

I go here quite regularly. You get a decent chicken curry and although it takes a while to come, its worth the wait. Price is what Id expect. It is a bit slow so call them up, order and collect

Rang an order in tonight at 7 pm and was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. Went up to collect at 7.10 supposing it may be 7.15 before it was ready. I waited till 7.30, having noticed that several people who ordered after I had arrived had been and left and asked the counter assistant if my order had definitely been put in and she told me it was, 5 minutes later she produced with my order chit asking me if that was what I had ordered. Eventually got my order at 7.45. Definitely will not be in any hurry back.

I have found them most helpful regarding my gluten free diet - they have made me up many meals and all extremely delicious

wonderfull food . my family find it hard to find a chinese that everyone can agree on but all the food here great we go here ALL the time if it wasnt so far away.

Had a few dishes from here now and Has always been good . Waiting times have been short even when very busy ! Would recommend !!

Never fails to disappoint. Always very busy which is a good sign. Always seems very clean and food always tasty.

For a takeaway situated on a garage forecourt the food and service is fantastic.They are extremely busy near enough every night they are open and the food is always to a high standard.The building and its interior is noticeably very clean and haven't had any issues.The prices are a tiny bit more expensive than alternatives but I'm sure no one minds paying more for better quality food.

The last few meals we have ordered from here have been way below standard, from what we had been used to. The fried rice has become very “claggy”, the pork & chicken battered pieces are way over cooked & the chop suey is very greasy. Please go back to the way you cooked your food a couple of months ago.

Lovely food! would go here any time and its not dear and i actually havent been food poisined and thats saying something because ive been food poisined by most of the other Chineses in Craigavon! Could go hear anytime service is so fast its unreal!:) :) :) love it.

We have tried many Chinese takeaways in the local area but this is now definitely our favourite.The food is very good, lovely fried rice, & speedily prepared to a high standard.Recommended

We have had several meals from Bamboo and everyone has been really good quality and authentically Chinese

The food here is excellent and great value for money..Im delighted they have started delivering :)

Having worked my way through most of the menu there is not one thing I would reccommend over another, good food!!!!
