The best restaurants in Craigavon Southern NI

I am genuinely disappointed because of the amount of good reviews it got on Facebook. Ordered a delivery today, and what arrived was quite possibly the worst takeaway I’ve had in ages. The burger was absolutely drenched in watery red sauce that spilled everywhere and made the bap soggy. The burger itself wasn’t great either; the salad filling was soggy and the onions had a strange taste. The onion rings were coated in a really awful batter that was close to bread in consistency, and they hardly had any onion in them. I also only received a handful of undercooked chips, despite ordering onion rings on top of the meal deal. Very disappointed.

Ordered food at 12:50 am and they said 40 mins to 50 mins still charged me and can't get a refund when phoned was told on it way 40 50 mins been 2 hour still nothing and can't get refund and shut off there phones

The staff play wich other to at front of drivers...that ridículos .....just a order on screen and still take 20min to ready..... the worst macdonalds from all uk to collect a order.....ridículos place for delivery......

The only words that come to mind are disgusting and pig slop £28 quid threw in the bin... expensive as well plus staff arent that friendly either!!

This is the most disgraceful customer service I have ever experienced, the employee was extremely rude, and our pizza never arrived.

Took family here and all I can say is the food was cold. The burgers were so cold they didn’t heat the bap. The onion rings were cold so they must of been sitting out. Definitely don’t know why I went here the food is not great.

Called with family and found service poor. Server Reece more interested in conversation with other staff. Tables were filthy as was the floor. Toilets locked and should have stayed that way as they were disgusting. Management need to get a grip on this place. Food and staff used to be lovely but not anymore.

Visited in December 2022, I witnessed the cafe supervisor refuse to serve an elderly man, telling him loudly that they were closed as it was “4 o’clock “, it was 5 to 4. 10 minutes after he had refused to serve this man, he served two other people. When the elderly objected I heard the supervisor threaten to have him removed from the store . Shocking behaviour and not the first time I’ve heard him behave this way although it’s usually towards the young female staff.

Very disappointing. Took my son and his friends here. Customer service terrible. Waited nearly an hour for main course to then be told there was a miscommunication, our order wasn’t placed by our server. We got up an left. Definitely would not recommend this place.
