I am genuinely disappointed because of the amount of good reviews it got on Facebook. Ordered a delivery today, and what arrived was quite possibly the worst takeaway I’ve had in ages. The burger was absolutely drenched in watery red sauce that spilled everywhere and made the bap soggy. The burger itself wasn’t great either; the salad filling was soggy and the onions had a strange taste. The onion rings were coated in a really awful batter that was close to bread in consistency, and they hardly had any onion in them. I also only received a handful of undercooked chips, despite ordering onion rings on top of the meal deal. Very disappointed.

Always get a Cod, as its for my Mother in Law they always throw in a few chips just like they used to do in the old day chippies. Fish is enormous

I'm desperate to find somewhere local that simply offers nice food properly cooked and simply served at right temperature. Come on folks you have all the tools,I hope you buy good FISH then it purely commitment to batter and fry the best FISH! Must try harder.

We called in here for lunch on saturday. The order was taken quickly at the till. he food took al ong time to arrive and was at best- average. The drinks were finished by the time the food arrived. There are plenty of good cafes in Portadown to use in future.

Unfortunately our experience was not a good one. My inlaws had booked a meal for mine and my husbands 40th Birthday. The booking was made weeks in advance, when we arrived it was clear they hadn't a table reserved for us and we were seated 'out the back' in the function hall, which was cold, uninviting, clearly being redecorated and had 4 ladies doing a dance class. Our orders were taken quite quickly but we didn't recieve our meals until 50minutes after this! Even thought people arrived after us and recieved their food before us. We were asked if we would like to move up into main bar area as a table had become free, which we did. The young girl serving the drinks basically threw them on the table, to the point were drinks split. When our food eventually arrived it wasn't even hot, just warm. My annoyance is more for my elderly, retired inlaws who were treating us to this dinner and were so upset and disappointed with food quality and service. I will definitely not be booking here again for any future family meals nor will I be recommending!!

Good food, but £5.30 for a kids meal is too much.

Had an awful experience was really hungry so went to this almost local chippy . Was shocked .. soggy onion rings all soggy batted pastie falling apart with sogginess and chicken fillet burger burnt fully around the edges and very poor quality of chicken breast in the burger. This was to date my worst ever take away experience I can remember for years .

sorry guys but we won't be ordering anything again, chicken burger was meant to be plain but we got home and it was covered in a sauce and my chicken fillet was soaking in grease we ate the chips, expensive to throw in the bin
