My wife and myself went yesterday for Sunday lunch. Good variety of dishes on the menu. My wife had brie for starter, she said it was perfectly cooked and delicious. For main course my wife opted for pasta and I ordered the roast beef dinner. The roast beef was lovely and tender, three big slices, with mash, roast potatoes, carrot and parsnips and then a bowl of roasted vegetables arrived. The staff were really helpful and attentive. Will definitely call again.

Went for lunch with my wife and son. Staff were super attentive upon arrival and seated within minutes. Drinks ordered and order placed all within 5-10 minutes of being seated. The wife went for the special which was salted chili bites with skin on skinny fries and side salad, son had sausages and chips and I had bacon, brie and red onion marmalade panini with skinny fries coleslaw and side salad. Picture below. Overall total was around £30 which wasn't too bad for two big plates of lunch and coke zero and child's lunch. Highly would recommend The Secret Garden to anyone looking for a high quality meal in the Dundonald area.

Visited Spice on a Family birthday meal. We we were a table of 8. Ages ranged from 81 down to 5 years old. The staff were attentive without being invasive. Rana the Chef produced beautiful outstanding tasty food. We would generally order a takeaway however being a Birthday we dined in. The children enjoyed their meal and loved how great the staff were. Would highly recommend as everything about the evening was perfect. A Big Thank you for a great evening.

Food is good I like their breakfast lunch wasn’t great when I went and the prices are a little more expensive. Staff are lovely especially the owner.

When we arrived we were asked if we had booked but as we hadn't we were given a table in the kids corner.(We were a group of 4 adults , 13 and a 10 year old) The waitress taking the drinks order did not wait for everyone on to order had to order again when she brought the kids drink. The cutlery had to be changed at one setting as it dirty with dry food on it. I had roast beef which was tender but the vegetables were boiled beyond the point of no return. I certainly won't be back.

Popped in to buy a take away scone When I opened it up the scone wasn’t much deeper than a pancake and felt and tasted very dry and stale I had chosen a fruit scone and all the fruit was distributed round edges leaving the middle completely fruit free. The edges were also overcooked The scone sadly was not enjoyable to eat. Not sure I’d be buying a scone from here again Bit disappointed Perhaps not a freshly baked scone?? Their tray-bakes on the other hand are usually exceptional

Always love coming here. Booked on the day (saturday) in the morning online, no fuss, in under 1 minute! Very impressive. Food is always delicious, and the staff are always super helpful. Atmosphere can be a bit boisterous depending on the time of year (hosts work and christmas parties as example, large family birthdays, etc). It's great if you are in one of these groups, but not if you are there for a quiet family meal as the language and 'enthusiasm' of some of the parties can often go unchecked. This, to me, is the only thing they could do better as I have been here very often and keep coming back

Had Sunday lunch in the Gilmore Room. Regularly head out for Sunday lunch around County Down and Belfast but just happened to be in the area today so tried Millbrook out. The best yet and a pleasant surprise. The food was excellent and service was absolutely phenomenol and streaks ahead of some of the competition. Will definitely be back.

Excellent meal I had the pate followed by the lamb which was pink(the way it should be) and the crumble for dessert. Can’t wait to go back and stay over.

4 friends for lunch and always found The Ava great. We spent over £200 ....hd lunch laughs and tears, as my Sister is ill and we all needed a chat. We were told to be quiet, by a young guy behind the bar... Really.... the place was dead very quiet Then told our table was reserved.... can we leave. Unbelievable....they took our booking for 14th December, but we will not be BACK. WHERE are all the old staff. Place is a joke Ps I've laughed at The Ritz , The Shard The Merchant..... The Ava pmsl

Me and my Granny go here every Thursday. No doubt the service is always high standerd. Staff all great us and ask how our week was. A bottle is water is always placed on our table before we even ask. Service is always high quality, chef always makes a point of greeting us. Never have had a problem, food is always high quality and delicious with a decent price. Personally is the best dinning place in Bangor right now!
