Had a 3 course dining experience included in our stay at the galgorm and I had the best evening ever. I was v happy with my choice of food, the staff changed our free bottle of wine to 4 pints of corona as I can't drink wine. The service was great, friendly guy served us and he was very on top of making sure allergies and intolenerenxss were covered. The only thing I could fault was my chocolate cake/pudding was a little dry but this was helped by the gorgeous sauce and icecream it was served with. Breakfast was delightful too. Great choice of items on the buffet and I believe the quality of food was high too. There was a wee wait to get served at breakfast despite being the only ones waiting but it was well worth the wait. Can't wait to go back!!!!!!

During a recent stay at Galgorm with my partner, we did feel a little disappointed by our experience at Fratelli’s. The quality of food didn’t quite meet our expectations, and it felt somewhat underwhelming compared to the high standards set by the rest of the resort. Sadly, we’re unlikely to return to this restaurant as it didn’t live up to the excellence we anticipated.

I ate here on 3rd January, and the food was amazing! We got a meal with a Galgorm Spa package, but I'd have happily paid the price they were charging. Had the crab salad, duck, and hazelnut panna cotta, and everything tasted amazing, but the duck was honestly one of the nicest meals I've ever had. Felt the drinks were a tad overpriced but that is par for the course for anything attached to the Galgorm. Would 100% recommend though.

We had a gift voucher to use so we decided to come for lunch. The decor is very nice with all the bottles etc. It was not too busy when we arrived but filled up well, which is a good sign. The staff were very helpful, attentive and pleasant. The food was excellent too with ample portions, and the voucher took the sting out of the slightly high prices, but that's what makes gifts nice. The only criticism was the coffee, which was bizarrely badly made and I'm not a coffee snob by any means. Otherwise we were very pleased with the experience.

Often visit but on regular occasions phone to place an order and the staff in the shop are so helpful and very friendly. The bread is so lovely and as for the cream buns they are scrumptious. We travel 13 miles to get their bread as nowhere in Newtownabbey could match their bread.
