Maine Bakery in Ballymena

Often visit but on regular occasions phone to place an order and the staff in the shop are so helpful and very friendly. The bread is so lovely and as for the cream buns they are scrumptious. We travel 13 miles to get their bread as nowhere in Newtownabbey could match their bread.

Visited three times to the Ballymena shop on Broughshane Street. The staff are the most unfriendly I have ever encountered, each and every time. Scoul at you. The produce is great but will take my custom elsewhere

This bakery is situated in prime position with lot of drive through traffic. Staff unfriendly and lack conversation. Atmosphere awkward. Baking and produce beautiful and off good quality but where possible avoid, sadly 😏

This home bakery is a family run business . The items produced is a viable in own shops as well as in local Spar supermarket ,. The products are of good quality and I especially t Recommend their fruit loaf.

daughter ordered a birthday cake and went to collect it still wasnt ready for collection half an hour before party was due. The staff can be really "off" too and the shop has an aura of 1940's WVI about it...would rather go to other bakeries.....gave it a try but really not impressed

Excellent bakery with a great variety of bread and cakes. Fresh breads sliced while you wait. Only one issue the staff don't smile and have no chit chat. Sad really as this puts me off going in.

The most amazing fresh delicious bread. Difficult to choose what to have. Very busy bakery. Staff sadly unfriendly and spoke sharply when I didn't know what thickness of bread I wanted. Was this necessary, I think not. Customer service training urgently needed

the cakes and pies are great they also do bread and sandwiches too the old lady's working there are great to talk to and are a great service

Living locally and in this area often I like to buy some bread from this well established bakery. I especially recommend their fruit loaf,pity about the calories.

Delicious breads and pastries all freshly baked and keeps well , cakes and pastries are a must though never n Know what to pick everything delicious,,

The cakes here are cheap but incrediby tasty! Try the cream and chocolate pancakes or the super meaty sausage rolls and you won't be disappointed.
