The best restaurants in England

Our first visit to this wonderful place! The food was amazing (I had a vegan chickpea stew) which was incredible. The decor is great and this place is dog friendly also. We will certainly be visiting again!

Great place for coffee and cake. The homemade sponge cakes are delicious and served by friendly staff. Recommend this shop for quality and service.

Servicio horrible, conseguimos café sin cuchara y azúcar, todos a nuestro alrededor estaban siendo atendidos correctamente. Segundo hizo una pregunta y la señora detrás del mostrador haciendo el té y el café, fue muy grosera en responder, sugiriendo del lenguaje corporal que no debería estar allí.

Came to this lovely restaurant for a friend's big birthday bash. It was a great afternoon thanks in no small part to the restaurant and staff. They were friendly, courteous and dealt brilliantly with our large group creating a lovely atmosphere and ensuring everyone was included and served well, making us all feel special. My wife has an awkward food allergy but a brief word with the wonderful Hash, ensured that she did not miss out in any way. The food was very tasty, beautifully presented and the portions were huge. Good value too. In .fact the restaurant offer a lunchtime special on week days which is ridiculously cheap given the quality of the dishes. Although Sur is not that close to where we live we will certainly make the effort to visit again.

Delicious food and great service We all ordered different dishes to share and they were all so good. The food is very fresh and the flavours were amazing. Highly recommend

What a great find just of the A303 . Called in for a full english breakfast. Just like my old mum made with bubble and squeak. Great service with a smile . Will call in again

We had the privilege of trying put these pizzas at the Ox Inn in Middleton. The guys in the van were fantastic, worked so hard and were incredibly busy! But it was totally worth the wait. Great pizza, great variety of choice and served with a smile! I couldn’t recommend these guys more highly, just excellent!!!

We had an excellent dinner here. Good prices, same as takeaway so it's great value for money. The food was excellent, the kind of homemade feeling, very tasty and large portions. Genuine Polish food, great ingredients. The atmosphere does take to a Polish typical lactobar. Give this place a chance, and you won't go wrong for sure.

There were only about four or five tables and it was box-like in size! The lighting was also poor and it just didn't feel all that homely. Not saying that the food wasn't well-cooked or enjoyable, just didn't have all that great an atmosphere for me!

If anyone is in East London and looking for somewhere great to eat, if you are Vegan or not this place is incredible! The food is soooo good, full of flavour and all freshly made by the incredible chef Mark. The service, the food and the ambiance is a 20 out of 10!...

Exceptional quality, artisan products, amazing choices friendly and helpful service. Sandwiches are inventive and healthy options but if you are on a diet and lack self control be warned - its self sabotage because the cakes and sweet treats are awesome and cannot be ignored !
