We stumbled across this welcoming cafe/deli by chance walking home to Brick Lane after an appointment on Cambridge Heath Road. Friendly staff at the counter recommended a range of paninis, salads and drinks. A panino with all the fillings is a bargain at £4.50. You can't go wrong with a great range of hams, beef, cheese and vegetables. Lovely. There is good white and red wine available in 175ml measures for £4.50. Bargain de luxe. We stayed for more than an hour. No rush. There was a pile of newspapers by the window counter and I enjoyed a read of Private Eye, a magazine I haven't seen in a good long while. Super venue. We will be back

This café is located inside a railway arch. A staff member told me that it has been open for four months. It is a café and delicatessen specialising in food and drink produce from Italy and the South of France. There is plenty of seating with a choice of soft and hard chairs. The staff were both friendly, helpful and I was served promptly. Food served includes freshly prepared paninis , breakfast items and cakes. there is also a good selection of reasonably priced hot drinks. My scrambled eggs on sourdough toast was full of flavour and nicely presented. In my opinion, good value at £3.50. Meat, such as Parma ham, can be added for an extra £1.00. Red and white wine is available in bottles or can be filled in bottles or containers from barrels. Food and drink costs a little more to eat in. There were a few tables and chairs outside the shop. there is one accessible unisex toilet. The D3 bus stops nearby. I'm already looking forward to my next visit. Do go and see for yourselves. Highly recommended.

I had been meaning to visit T's fried scoop for several weeks, and finally tried them last Saturday. It was everything I expected! This little kiosk will offer you a fried ice cream scoop with a number of personalisation options. While serving us, the girl behind the counter who I think may have been the creator, was testing out changes to their Christmas recipe. The staff were super polite and chatty and I would love to see them expand their menu with more limited edition flavours. Banana would suit the concept particularly well.
