The best restaurants in Wath Rotherham Yorkshire and The Humber

This spot this absolutely wonderful! Visited a couple times now and have never been disappointed! The scones with jam and cream and beaut. The staff are unbelievably kind! A lovley little hidden gem!

This chippy had been closed for a while but was recently reopened under new ownership. Nice fish and chips etc and they've just started doing sweets like waffles and shakes and more. Can't wait to try these.

Lovely little cafe. Polite staff. Plenty of walkers. Food was nice and prices reasonable. Good parking and outdoor seating.

Beautiful food, good drinks, great atmosphere. Bf booked table for 2000 when we arrived ordered drinks and 3 tapas and a flatbread, but when we came to order more we were told kitchen closed at 2030 for cleaning, but when we sat down we were told to order before they shut the kitchen as they are open until 2230. Bit disappointed as we haven't had a full meal really. Can't fault anything else other than the lack of communication.

Lovely place tucked away down a secret street in the middle of town. Genuinely gorgeous staff who made the experience wonderful

From the outside you wouldn't think this place is a pizza place but a all year round Christmas place. Upon entering you're greeted with a lovely "What do you want?", if you don't mind the attitude from the front house staff it's a good place. The pizza itself was good for the price, but nothing special.

Was really good food not best ever , I don’t think the staff is up to date with allergies As I told them when I sat down I had GF allergy, they had to asked then chef’s what I could have, don’t they have allergy book ? It was at least 4 members of staff what came to saying different things , I ordered my food the starter was fine but one of guys came back to say I couldn’t have my main as it was cross contamination but why didn’t the waiter tell before ordering

The visit was planned as a work Christmas get together and there were 14 in the party. There was a great selection of food and it all arrived hot and at the same time. The staff we met behind the bar and serving were all friendly and helpful.

Came here with my partner earlier in week, the prices are good and although not the highest quality (it isn’t trying to be) still very tasty and hot when served. The staff are also very friendly. Will deffo return if ever in area.

We had my son in laws graduation party there, and I could not fault it. The food was excellent and the service was very good

Located in the heart of Wath upon Dearne, I pass this little boujee Ice-cream and pizza parlour most days, so I decided to pop in. The menu has a tasty array of homemade ice-cream, milkshakes, delicious pizza and cakes. Prices only slightly higher side, however the quality of the products are excellent and worth the money for what you get. The place is very clean and the staff very friendly and chatty. I even recommended an American best-selling seasonal flavour and favourite, they sounded willing to try making it, which is great! I'll definitely be in again to tickle my taste-buds. I highly recommend this place 5*
