Wonderful service from bar staff Abi

Fantastic little bar with 6 real ales on hand pull, several excellent keg choices including a GF option. The hosts Roy and Mel are first class people. Excellent venue for a great selection of ales,wines and spirits.

A superb microbar deservedly in the Good Beer Guide. Tiled walls from its former use add to the atmosphere. Choice of 6 cask ales plus some stellar keg lines. A weekly quiz and a monthly music night must keep the regulars coming back for more if the well kept ales and friendly service is not a good enough reason.

It is an amazing place I’ve worked there and it absolutely lovely all the staff are really kind and talkative and everyone in the pub is really welcoming

Visited to sing Christmas carols and songs at The Tap. Met some lovely people. Great atmosphere and sense of community. Drinks were the best too! The lady who owns and runs the Tap is a lovely lady. We'll visit again. Thank you for a lovely evening.

Lovely local real ale pub in Wath Centre. Friendly staff and an array of boardgames to play, should you want to get competitive over a pint. Highly recommend you stop in when you're in the area.

A great micropub with a warm welcome, a cosy feel and tasty, beautifully kept beer. There's a chippy next door too - bang on!

Who ever Mel is in this pub she brings it down. Absolute embarrassment. Parked outside in my car as I struggle to walk whilst doing my job and she came outside drunk as anything calling me a t**t for no reason when she doesn’t even no me. If that is how you treat people you want to sort it out it’s absolutely disgusting Iv never even been in this pub but I will be telling everyone ino to stay well clear.

This is a wonderful community pub. The owners and staff are fantastic and really go out of their way to make their customers welcome. I can definitely recommend it. My husband Maurice loves it.

What a great little place. Not only do they have a great selection of ales on but the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Dogs are quite welcome to and love to see them looked after while enjoying a quality pint. I highly advise you to visit this place, you won't be dissapointed!

Convenient position and pleasant staff

What a welcome addition to Wath this place has been. The beer & all round drink selection is interesting indeed. Obviously, the real ales are kept well & have always got a selection: the other drinks on offer are worth investigating. The staff are polite knowledgeable & courteous. The prices are what you would expect to pay for a premium product. The building has been systematically altered.

It's ok beer nice, had an issue last year complained to managment. Got ignored. So put me off the place.

Nice little place with a good pleasant crowd in, avoid the pilsner lager from Sheffield(it was so bad I left half of it)

Friendly locals, cute dogs and great ale. Constantly changing selection of excellent beers at pocket money prices. Stay until later and you might get some free chips and scraps from next door ;) Also a good assortment of games to enjoy while you sup. A real gem in Wath and so far removed from common lager based boozers.

Your typical micro pub, small, inviting and I've always found it a friendly place. There is a good selection of different beverages with something to suit everyone at reasonable prices. There's seating for around 30 people inside plus standing room and few tables outside. There's no parking on the premises but if your lucky you might get parked on the street, if not there is a large car park near by which is free
