Great staff and really clean and tidy as always.

An outstanding coffee shop. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent assortment of snacks and treats, even had options for us gluten and dairy sensitive folks. Coffee is amazing and free WiFi plus comfy chairs makes it a perfect little space to stop for a hot cup.

Friendly welcome and great coffee. We get our caffeine fix most mornings at Insomnia. So, don't change the coffee! Quiet and pleasant place to kick off our day. Free coffee when our star card is full.

Love this shop. Serves a lovely coffee or tea, whichever you like, cappuccino etc., They have some nice snacks or cake etc too and a little book corner with plugs for your laptop phone etc. Always great for a minutes peace or just a lovely relaxing coffee with a friend or on your own. Staff friendly and nice little corner away from the crowd for a break.

Lovely, tranquil and friendly staff. Great coffee and hot chocolate too. Particularly liked that they do a kids hot chocolate 😉.

Similar to costa, except it was a little more expensive

I love coming here, always immaculately clean inside and it feels nice and relaxed, room for the pushchair which is a great for us. Everyone who works there is polite and the coffee is great. Good selection of cakes / food for a small cafe. The membership card gets you a free drink on your birthday and you can collect points back for free coffee/drinks in return so that's good too!

Not sure if it's open. Every time I call them, the phone won't connect and every time I visit, it's closed even though it says its open on Google!

The Coffees, Hot Chocolate are always hot and tasty, along with fresh cakes. Staff are always friendly.

The kids and wife always go, staff are very friendly and we love the hot chocolates and cakes! Just keep an eye on the clock so you don't get caught out by the parking time restrictions, if you're going to be there a while just let the staff know so they can log your car registration.

Insomnia make nice coffee and even better you get to choose from medium roast and dark roast. At Thurcroft the staff are friendly and give efficient service. One of the staff offered me chocolate sprinkles in the shape of a pumpkin as it was nearly Halloween, but I challenged them to do a pumpkin with a witch's hat.
