Missing items and wrong items. No answer when calling restaurant. Cold fries and old brown lettuce.

I ordered a chicken sandwich meal and a kids poppy meal ,the poppy meal had missing salad so basically paid for 2 chicken fillets .. the sandwich meal had missing chips so therefore paid for a burger..17 pound I spent for half of my order to not be there …I go to popeyes regularly and I won’t be going again what a waste of money!

Several items missing and incorrect sizes on the items that did arrive leads me to believe, it really wasn’t worth the high price paid. At least if you go to the restaurant, you can either check your order as you receive it and get it amended or refunded there and then, instead of “There’s nothing we can do, you’ll need to contact Just Eat” (then go the emails to try and get it refunded).

Second time our drinks have been forgotten. Rang restaurant and got no answer. Just eat won’t give refund.

Worst quality chicken burger for the price.

Classic Mayo isn't to my taste, needed to exchange a burger but service was excellent

Fresh tasting chicken. Quick service. Only negative was assistant came to ask us to post a review while we were eating and couldn’t leave the review QR code so had to scan it mid meal. Other than that. Great food.

Went to popeyes for the first time since it opened. Been to other and this one was by far the best. From the food brought to the table efficiently and the staff are warm and welcoming. Will definitely be vising again soon

Fantastic experience at Popeyes Louisiana Chicken! The food was absolutely delicious, the service was exceptional, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. A special shoutout to Hasnaa, who went above and beyond to ensure our visit was memorable. She was attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend visiting this location if you’re looking for great food and outstanding service!

Wanted to try the festive superstack box meal but they sent it with a normal chicken sandwich. If you're out of something you could've thrown in an extra tender or something instead of disappointment. Far too expensive for rubbish service.

my chicken I couldn't even bite through it was so tough and they messed the drinks up I wanted 1 orange froot shoot and 1 apple and blackcurrant and a Fanta and received 2 orange foot shoots and an oasis wasn't happy at all I was wanting something fizzy so probably be the last time I order from Popeye's

Full menu available, quick food preparation. The food was delicious and service brilliant. Lovely, relaxed atmosphere in the restaurant which was also very clean.

The food was great & great personal service. Hasnaa in particular was brilliant in the store, welcoming people in, bringing food to tables, and taking on any tasks without hesitation, even those jobs that might be a bit unsavoury, would happily come back just for the service, but the food is a bonus.

I had a great experience at Popeyes today! The food was delicious, especially the spicy chicken. Hasnaa was super friendly and attentive, making sure everything was perfect. I really appreciated her service. I'll definitely be coming back!

As usual the food is amazing, and service here is always great here. Hasmaa was on the floor and greeted us and was so friendly and professional. The tables/floor/toilets were spotless and she made us feel welcome.

My favourite food place, I am obsessed with it. The deluxe burger meal is sooo nice. The staff are lovely too and the restaurant is always clean.

Really loved our first meal here! The Cajun fries are delicious and of course the fried chicken is incredible. Music creates a great ambience as well. Overall a great experience!

Our first visit to Popeye's and we thoroughly enjoyed it! The signature chicken was amazing, enjoyed the light but flavoursome batter! We also got the BBQ wrap which was delicious as were the cajun chips! Staff were very attentive and food served very quickly! Would recommend 😊

Chicken was really nice and fresh

I’m not a fast food lover but the chicken tenders were absolutely delicious. The coating was light and crispy and put the competition to shame. Polite friendly staff. Correct order. It was Monday afternoon so quite empty. Will definitely revisit
