Full menu available, quick food preparation. The food was delicious and service brilliant. Lovely, relaxed atmosphere in the restaurant which was also very clean.

The food was great & great personal service. Hasnaa in particular was brilliant in the store, welcoming people in, bringing food to tables, and taking on any tasks without hesitation, even those jobs that might be a bit unsavoury, would happily come back just for the service, but the food is a bonus.

I had a great experience at Popeyes today! The food was delicious, especially the spicy chicken. Hasnaa was super friendly and attentive, making sure everything was perfect. I really appreciated her service. I'll definitely be coming back!

As usual the food is amazing, and service here is always great here. Hasmaa was on the floor and greeted us and was so friendly and professional. The tables/floor/toilets were spotless and she made us feel welcome.

Nice food but not as nice as it has beeb before. Bathrooms are not great, need a good clean and not enough of them

Really loved our first meal here! The Cajun fries are delicious and of course the fried chicken is incredible. Music creates a great ambience as well. Overall a great experience!

My favourite food place, I am obsessed with it. The deluxe burger meal is sooo nice. The staff are lovely too and the restaurant is always clean.

Our first visit to Popeye's and we thoroughly enjoyed it! The signature chicken was amazing, enjoyed the light but flavoursome batter! We also got the BBQ wrap which was delicious as were the cajun chips! Staff were very attentive and food served very quickly! Would recommend 😊

I’m not a fast food lover but the chicken tenders were absolutely delicious. The coating was light and crispy and put the competition to shame. Polite friendly staff. Correct order. It was Monday afternoon so quite empty. Will definitely revisit

Odd to see my previous review is gone... Might be because it was not favourable, but still suspicious it's gone at all when I have made it in the opening week. Quality improved. It's pretty nice food and good service only cons id say is that all battered chicken contains dairy, so sadly have to settle on KFC as in there some of coats are not dairy including. Additionally no recycling bins, and my bad review was removed. Good service.

Absolutley disgusting. I didn’t have any food to taste. They forgot the main bit of my order. I have just gone here and they have given me 3 wings. I paid 15 quid. They’ve forgot half my order, which I didn’t realise until I got home. Can’t believe it, you have to laugh 🫠 the photo is literally how I’ve just opened the order. Can’t believe it. I want a refund.

I love the atmosphere of the place, definitely an improvement from the blandness of KFC, the service was excellent as I was greeted from the door, and food was served quickly and to my seat, I choose the kids meal with hot honey, I intend to go for the hot honey burger, but didn't want to fork out £12 for a burger, this would be my only critique but it is obvious it would be the same with all Popeye's locations and something that can't be changed at an establishment such as this. Overall a very pleasant experience and lovely music playing throughout my experience. 5 stars

Ordered at one of the screens. Quite a few options to choose from. Cajun fries tasty. Chicken tenders nice crunchy coating and succulent inside - the meat just lacked flavour. Cajun gravy a decent sized portion and complimented the fries and chicken well. On par with KFC, less salty tasting and fresher. I’d recommend to try the Cajun fries. Not too spicy but plenty of flavour.

Nasty burgers, all you taste is oil on the crispy fillet, like the burgers have not been drained of oil, terrible after taste. Felt like the oil was locked into the crispy bits on every bite. Chucked most of it in the bin…

Lovely and clean inside and out so first impressions were great, we ordered by kiosk and sat down our food was brought by a smiley young man who couldn't do enough. This is our first visit but won't be our last

Thought I would try this place to see if it's any better than the other chicken fast food place that was here before. Unfortunately it seems nothing has changed slow service bad food and extremely dirty building. The toilets looked like night club toilets at 5am not what you want to use in a food establishment. Definitely won't be returning. Funnily the same restaurant in Sheffield I can't complain so next time I will go there and save possibly getting food poisoning
