I got stuck in disabled toilet and a young man with purple hair helped me out. He’s my hero. The lady behind the molly was panicking but the purple hair boy stayed calm. AH

Always a good visit with lovely food

Went for the 2 meals for £13.99 and they were very good in our opinion, I had the gammon,only picky thing I didn't like was the peas in a little bowl instead of being on the plate.

Nice staff, food good 'but' the chairs we sat on was filthy and the toilets smell of damp the place is run down, loose slabs and steps on the way in and out of the building

Me and my partner visit quite regular and everytime it's a welcoming atmosphere. The food is lovely and it's a lovely pub.

The food is always hot and the waiting times are not at all long and they aim to get all the food for each table out at the same time so everyone sat at the table gets to eat at the same time. I love it here.

Nachos didn't have cheese melted. Burger over cooked Lamb kofta dry and chips over cooked

Just called in the place was busy but we managed to get a table for 2 of us the food and the service was tip top

Large free carpark Everywhere clean inside with the tables being cleaned and wiped down after the previous diners had left..and clean toilets too. Well stocked bar and great choices on the menu. With TVs placed throughout the resteraunt, you won't miss a second of the game you are watching.

Our first visit to the Glasshouse yesterday and we will definitely be back. The food was lovely, and although it was quite busy it wasn't very loud at all. Lovely selection of food, there is something for everyone! Highly recommend!

Morgan is absolutely amazing and goes above and beyond been today and it was heaving had a steak a little bit too rare and he went and rectified it straight away, keep up the good work and keep making your customers feel important! Absolutely amazing!

We booked about a month ago for valentines day. On arriving we were seated at a table in a corner where we couldn't read the menu it was so dark. Staff moved us to table 13 wow what can I say it was reminiscent of a breakfast room in a dirty old b and b so many stains on the wall and in a separate area of the pub so you felt isolated. Lesson learnt we wont be going again

Came here for a birthday meal, nice place when you walk in and staff are super friendly! Things that let it down tho are the bar service is really slow and it gets queued up pretty quickly because of this. As for the food. I ordered the chicken and ribs combo, the fries were absolutely perfect, crispy but not burnt seasoned nicely for flavour, the ribs for what they were was also nice, not the best I’ve ever had but certainly good, the chicken however was bland, no flavour, no seasoning just half a cooked chicken laid on the plate, not very appealing and rather underwhelming for the price of the dish around the £19 mark. My other half ordered the all American chicken burger which is fair to say there’s hardly anything “American”or “all” about it, just a slab of battered chicken in some bread with a light serving of mayo. We both went home with intense stomach aches and all in all a disappointing meal out, we probably won’t be back again. - Waiters are super friendly can’t fault them at all. - The staff need to be faster and more efficient on the bar. - The food needs some more attention and maybe chef who cares about what they’re sending out.

Fantastic service and lovely food.

The pub is beautifully decorated shabby chic with lots of seating options and corners for quiet meals . 3 of us ordered steak to be cooked in different ways with different accompaniment and we were all impressed. Cooked immaculately served quickly and presented nicely. The staff were very welcoming and checked back to make sure everything was OK. No complaint at all and will go back

We wanted a table that could fit a wheelchair and the staff couldn't do enough. Lots of room and space to move around access to disabled toilet was also easy to get to. The food was very tasty and hot. Good atmosphere and staff making sure everything was ok. Well done Glasshouse will definitely make this out local 😊

My visits are always great, the staff are great the pub is great, always go above on beyond we are very much regularly faces on name terms. We spend a lot of time in there and even if we haven’t booked they always get us in. They great with the kids and food is fab.

Good food. Nice menu. A few TV screens for football. Above average prices for beer. But some good choices

Christmas character breakfast. Booking was seamless and on arrival my family was greeted by warm and friendly staff. The food was delicious and served promptly and the entertainment was outstanding. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to friends or family.

Had festive menu. Really tasty, tho green beans and brocoli were barely cooked. Came out red hot, turkey tender, pigs in blankets tasty. Cheesecake was delicious. Good value for price 2 courses for 17.99 each

Edit my dad asked me to post this one Took mi 5 yr old granddaughter along with her parents and my 38 yr old son who’s got learning difficulties to have breakfast with Santa , well 10 out of 10 lovely full English then the big man arrived absolutely brilliant he was with all the kids singing and dancing,he then saw mi granddaughter & r Chris in his grotto along with mrs Santa Well I would personally like to thank all involved in making r Chris feel welcome in keeping the Christmas spirit alive 🎄🎅🏼🧑🏻‍🎄see you next year Santa Went last week, good food for the price you pay. Good value for money. Good portion size

Love meeting up with my old work colleagues

I came here with 5 friends, our table was booked for 6:15 we came early and got seated early although we was willing to stand and have a drink untill the table time. The place was really busy but food wait wasnt long and taste was impressive. I would visit again however as i downloaded the app to order i was told within a few days i would receive 25% off through email and still havent weeks later so feel this is just go get your email and spam with advertisement

Service and food is first class staff are a credit to the management

Lovely friendly place to eat. The classic menu (2 for £13.99) is ideal. I had hunters chicken which is the best I have had, especially as its served on a sizzling plate. My husband had the steak & ale pie, which he recommends.

Fantastic value and prompt service

We reserved a table upon entering we was led to our table. We was placed near the main door. We wasn’t 100% happy with where we was placed but never-mind. We ordered our food on the app which was easy to do. Our food i must say was well presented and absolutely delicious. It was one of the best meals we have had in a long time. The food is a little on the expensive side but absolutely worth every penny. My 6 year old daughter ate everything and that doesn’t happen often! We even ordered dessert which was top tier! My only complaint was the bathrooms. They smelt terrible and weren’t the cleanest. However the food saved it and we will definitely be back!

Came to glass house for food I’m a burger snob I am lactose intolerant and I never tell anyone when I go for food as I won’t die 😂😂 Adam whose team player at the glasshouse recognised when I said without cheese came out of his way to ask me which is great it nice to see people reading between the lines

We always enjoy time spent at the glasshouse. It's always very clean and welcoming. We had the pleasure of Tammy serving us recently, she was extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend eating here or even calling in for a drink

Would of been a 5 if it weren't for 1 member of staff. Been twice in the last 2 weeks. First time everything was perfect. Food was beautiful and staff were fantastic. Great quiz on a Wednesday too. 2nd time we went was a Friday. Still amazing food and atmosphere and all other staff great but there was 1 guy that was a bit rude, tried rushing us several times and was watching us eat so he could swoop our plates away and hurry us on which was off putting. If you want to give feedback it was a guy in his 20s with glasses and walked with his head to the side and had a mole on his neck. Maybe he needs a bit more training. Other than him though, it was great and we will be back.

What a great place if you want to go out for a meal. Great atmosphere & the food was cooked to perfection. All the staff are very welcoming. They have vegan options and take food allergies very seriously. We will definitely be going again.

To the owner: I will edit my score if improvements are made. Today I took my mum out for dinner, mum uses a wheelchair. We arrived at 12.15pm and all of the disabled parking bays at the front of the building were taken by vehicles that didn't display any disabled parking permits. I don't know if these spots were taken by staff or customers. I had to park quite far away from the building and had to push the wheelchair up a steep, wet and moss laden hill to get to get to the front of the building as the rear isn't wheelchair accessible. When I complained to bar staff to ask them to police the disabled parking bays (it's not the first time I've have raised this issue), I got the response "I'll raise it' which didn't fill me with confidence that it will he raised. Please monitor these bays as as far as I'm concerned, you currently don't offer any disabled parking...

The food was fantastic and so was the service, I wanted to change what was on the menu and they did it ,the chef even came out to ask if I wanted anything else and the guy who fetched the food was amazing he was so happy and polite 😀

Only visited as this showed up the closest to where I was shopping and I'm so pleased I did. The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. The food was beautiful and well worth the money will definitely go back.

Drinks are expensive £16:00 for 3 soft drinks and one pint of lager. Chicken was over cooked this time but the staff are really friendly

The worst food iv ever had and I know that's a big statement and I'm sorry but it genuinely was terrible had hunters chicken that was served with a stake knife and struggled to cut the chicken it was that tough couldn't recognise what was the bacon also came with fried onions that looked like brown gloop won't be going back

Surprisingly good jerk chicken. The pub is large and appears to fill a local need for sport, food and drinking and does all of them well. Staff were friendly and helpful and had a good rapport with their locals.

It's always a great visit. The food is great and cheap. It is best to book a table as it can get busy. You can order from your table, so there is no need to go to the bar. The service is quick even when it is busy. Friendly staff members.

On arrival we noticed how clean and welcoming the place was, the staff were professional polite and very helpfull, the food and service were above and beyond, everything a pub' restaurant should be.
