Sent rice instead of noodles! What are we supposed to do, send them back after eating the starters and wait another hour for them to get it right?! Very poor, sort it out!

Slightly disappointed today because the black pudding was missing from my monster breakfast (my fav), I also ordered an Apple Juice which was switched for an orange juice due to you running out, would’ve preferred a call to pick an alternative. Rest of the food was spot on though & sausages are always the best from here.

Took my money but order did not go through. I ordered on their website and it failed to go through - checked my bank account next day and money was gone. Phoned to ask for a refund twice but just get told that as no order was made they do not owe me a refund - but the money was taken. Not sure what to do next - I will plot something. Quite terrible!

Ordered food and waited over 2 hours for it. Finally got it, barely warm and then I start serving the rice out and find a small black hair in it. Completely put me off my food now for the night

Terrible staff,so rude. I was looking for a seat before ordering and got screamed at by the lady at the counter. I get they only want customers to use the seating, but not allowing other members of your party to sit down whilst your ordering is ridiculous. No signs to tell you patrons only! If this is the rules of the Camden coffee company, you have the right staff in place, but no wonder everyone looked scared and the place was empty. Not only was she grumpy and rude she got my order wrong, I was to scared to go back and tell her! Awful place,only problems there are very few other places to get a drink/eat at Leeds Bradford Airport

Real Ale drinkers will know that Greene King are a brewery, they own pubs, they sell real ale in those pubs, they have 3 main sellers Abbot, IPA & Old Spackled Hen, usually all three are available in their pubs, NOT SO in this one. How poor is THAT !!

Order was missing an item, was told they can’t process a refund and will deliver it in 5/10min. 45min later still not arrived, and customer service still refusing to refund. Item never arrived. If only the pizzas were good, but crust was soggy and nachos pretty underwhelming.
