The nastiest special chow mein I have ever been near. The whole thing stank of fish, the meat was indistinguishable- something in there that looked as though it should be meat was soft and mushy and the prawns were minuscule- i mean tiny 5mm prawns (who uses them in a chow mein- cheapscates), also they were burnt. The dish was in a chip tray too! I am fearful that im gna get ill from the awful smell and could only manage to eat a few mouthfuls, had to stop after discovering whatever the mush was. Out of pocket, starving and disgusted.

Meal deal 5 dishes including specials for about £15

We ordered on website last night and paid nothing came..no one picking up phone..has it closed down?

We used to use this years ago was really nice then we tried again recently was really nice so we continued using them .....tonight was a total diffrent story food had to be sent back and the stuff we kept was very poor tasteless waste of money hope the bin enjoys it ....wide birth again .......

Burnt food, no onion in onion rings, best part about it was throwing it in bin

Telephone ordered a thai green curry (mild) The girl didn't tell us that you have to say if you want rice but would of thought it would be standard to ask! so after it was delivered we then had to fo and pick the rice up The girl in the phone is just down right rude! After finally getting my food I can tell for a fact the prawns have been reheated 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢

Food was 10 mins late. Arrived cold and horrible when asked to remake or refund they made excuses. Appoling service just a discraise

Worst Chinese food we have ever tasted plus part of the order was missing. Tasteless chewy beef curry, stodgy egg fried rice, chow mein was just a pile of over cooked noodles. Only gave 1 star for friendly delivery guy. Will never use again or recommend

After giving them a wide berth once before after their food went down hill I thought it was time for another chance. All I bought was a couple of bags of chips......my mistake. Obviously they had been cooked the night before and reheated as the were greasy, taxed like cardboard, and to be honest pretty much inedible. If they are like that with something as simple as chips I won't be trying anything else as I don't wish to risk it.

My daughter ordered the food for 20.45pm They lied 3 times it turned up not hot at 21.40pm spring rolls tasted vinegars. Tainted will not use again bad service bad food

This is for the new Fairfield House Chinese, We have used this one for a few weeks and it was nice until my wife got a black hair about 6 inch long in her noodles and none of use have black hair so it came from the Chinese, That put an end to using this one again.
