Domino's Pizza - Wetherby in Leeds

I order from here every few months - I’m always happy with the food and the staff are always very friendly.

i got 2 mini pizza's and a large pizza and both mini pozzas had numerous black hairs in the cheese on the pizzas

Salty, slow, cold pizza with a topping of rude customer service. Don't bother and just order from a more local takeaway

We live in wetherby and this has to be a me of the worst domino’s I think I’ve ever dealt with! Orders wrong, explaining what you want on the phone, customer service is terrible!

I ordered through the app. Order accepted money taken over 2.5 hours later still nothing has arrived. Ci texted customer service and pei ixed all relevant Info. So far no reply. Wont be ordering from them ever again.

Didn’t bring half my order When I finally got through on the phone after an hour they said they would re deliver which they never did So my son went hungry as it was his food and they took money from me for a service and product that I never received

Shoaib made one of the best Domino's pizzas I’ve ever had. The choice of meat was amazing, and the peppers were so fresh. I definitely recommend it!

Didn’t get what we ordered (missed off the stuffed crust) and half the order wasn’t completed so half was very try when we left 13 minutes later when there was literally two other orders on, is incompetence. Staff too busy checking whose personal bag was who’s rather than checking in on orders or customers. No way to complain directly.

The employee’s are very friendly and smiley every time i go in. Good service. Dominos in general could improve on their flavouring compared to other pizza places.

Truly awful service. I ordered over two hours ago and they have not shown up. I called to see if they are still delivering and got an Indian woman who could not speak English at all. I won’t be using them again.

Food was decent but nothing special, service was good but there are better pizza shops locally.

Pizza is good, delivery time is always earlier than when we booked. Our most recent delivery the driver, Penil, was 10 minutes early and very polite.

Pedido 3 pizzas y 1 pan de ajo. Apenas hay salsa en pollo BBQ. ¡Todas las pizzas solo cubiertas duramente así que 50% simple! Sin ajo ni cobertura en 2 rebanadas del pan de ajo. Y para que sea extra sabroso todo frío aunque recogido en el momento adecuado.

Asked to deliver to back garden… why oh why they don’t read instructions…

Orded nor reddy. Order wrong order was cold. Told 5 day refund was sat waiting for over 20 min after odering 30 min in advance.

Usual dominoes, the place is mostly used for takeaway and food delivery drivers. The dine-in place is very limited, I would say that place is more for waiting so don't plan for a dine-in unless you are lone eater. There is small parking place in front for a short time park for your order pickups.

Ordered a pizza with "loaded" fries and cookies for delivery. Food came luke warm at best, most likely because the driver couldn't find our address so my wife had to go find him. The pizza itself was mostly crust with minimal topping and was slightly under done. The loaded fries were disgusting. Only good item was the cookies. Such a shame as our first visit on their opening weekend was spot on. Will be avoiding for a while.

Issues. The last twice I’ve ordered through the app for delivery, they’ve waited for me to collect it. Except I couldn’t collect. I’ve called and they’ve asked me to pay for delivery which I did, even though that was more than what the app quoted. Tonight, the 2nd time this has happened, they first told me there were no delivery drivers, so if I couldn’t collect I couldn’t have the pizza they had made. Then when I explained that I had asked for delivery and could not collect they offered a driver again for a delivery charge which I paid. The app said 15-20 mins for the order but I got the pizza over an hour later. Not only that, they sent me a small pizza when i ordered a medium one. I like dominos pizza, but the order system is messed up here which is obviously very annoying. Poor service sadly

Food cold when arrived offered a discount on next order. Decided to give it another go. Spoke to the shop 7 times to be told the manager is to busy to authorise it and when I finally got to speak to the manager he wouldn't take my order claiming he was too busy and would call again sometime. Have made a complaint to dominos. Don't waste your money guys x

Late delivery over an hour to wait and food barely warm (we live 5 mins away).

Food is what to expect, average. Service is transactional, it is a fast food service. However, without the fast. Promised 17minutes and we got 45 minutes for free.

Waited over an hour for 2 small pizzas and some cold rubbery chips for £35. Never again.

Well...can't knock that..take away 13.5 inch pizza was spot on.

2nd time ordering and they forgot items each time ,we called and they refused to give us a refund. Terrible customer service

Typical Dominos establishment, staff are all very nice, the place is clean, not much parking apart from a few bays across the road... My pizza could of done with at least an extra minute in the oven as it tasted slightly underdone

Disgusting service. Food promised in 25 mins on the app. 1 hour later and no sign or call to say late. When I called I'm told '25 mins'. When I requested a refund I'm told it'll take 3-5 working days. Absolutely disgusting service. Do not order from this company. Update: 30 mins after cancelling and requesting a refund and the delivery driver arrives with the food. They really have zero idea what's going on. The person I spoke to was the area manager too, so there really is no hope if the management are thar incompetent.

I ordered 2 x large pizzas to find they were dry, cold and had not been cut, I took them back and they replaced them for me to come home and find hair's inbedded in the pizza. After going back again I demanded a refund only to be told they can't do refunds and to call head office tomorrow. Absolute Joke. Avoid this place, much better pizza places in town, Mojis being at the top.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza with sweet corn and peppers. Got a pizza with no pepperoni. They only could offer a new pizza, which would arrive at 9 pm. Didn’t seem to understand that was too late. Told us we couldn’t eat the pizza. Didn’t offer to leave a slice so they could see the evidence. Couldn’t offer a price difference or refund in return for the pizza. Will not be wasting my time and money there again.

Pizzas were cut amazingly so much flavour thank you to the workers who made my family’s food for the night well done !!

I called the reception and a rude boy picked up and I wasn’t finished having a conversation when he declined my phone, because he was unhappy with what I was saying all I was saying to him was if he could wash the utensils in between making a meat in vegetarian pizza.

Somewhat chaotic. Pizza took a good 45. When ready, I had to ask for it. Then the guy didn't know if I had paid or not. They also appeared to be getting a lot of orders wrong. Sure it will get sorted...its quite new. Pizza was nice!

Wasn't at all impressed , you wouldn't think its hard to make a margarita pizza would you ? ours had large bold areas with no cheese on at all , and the pizza with chicken was so sparingly sprinkled with chicken you could taste it ! thought id give them a try as there new to the area but never again ! back to favourite pizza shop in collingham for me it is !

Pizzas were amazing. I do a 'Create Your Own' and with the £2.99 deal for personal pizzas it is amazing. BBQ sauce base, Ham and Chicken - yummy. I cannot wait for them to start delivering, because I will become a regular customer.

My husband and I decided to have pizza for tea this evening. We opted to try Dominos. We went for a thin and crispy base which tasted like a cream cracker. This was the worst pizza I have ever tasted.

Fell into this new branch on the very first day. Had 2 x thin based pizzas made to order. They will add any topping they have in stock to basically “ make your own”. Really excellent flavours and as good if not better than any we have had anywhere - including Italy ! Keep up the good work - highly recommended. Jeff S.
