Ordered a takeaway last night. Arrived quickly with friendly customer service. Food was still hot and really tasty. I've ordered from here a few times and it has been consistently good. Will definitely be ordering again in the future.

As with many, many others: 1) I placed an order online. 2) The order didn’t arrive. 3) I called. No answer. 4) I called again. No answer. 5) I called again. A very disinterested man answered the phone. He told me that he has almost finished preparing my order and he will leave “soon”. He said he didn’t know what time it would arrive. 6) I waited. And waited. And waited. I then called the platform which I had placed the order through. They tried to contact the restaurant repeatedly, but nobody picked up. The platform then cancelled my order and refunded me. 7) Much later on in the evening, someone came to my door with a bag of (what would be quite cold by that point) curry. It wasn’t even in one of those insulated bags. I refused the curry at the door.

A friend introduced us to this place and I’m so grateful! Personally don’t like super hot spices but they will adjust to your preference- Tikka Masala, Rice and a HUGE naan was enough for me and my partner to share absolutely beautiful food, really well packaged, the dishes in plastic boxes all put into a sturdy carry box to protect the pappudoms etc. great price, fast delivery to wortley amazing value will be ordering again for sure! thank you!

Amazing service and the best curry I have ever tasted. Nowhere even comes close to this place! The owner is a very nice guy too. Can’t credit these guys enough!

Iv orders from this place for years and standards have gone down so much. Chicken tikka kebab is tasteless and not chicken tikka. Naan bread was clearly sat for ages before delivery as it was absolutely soaking wet and inedible. Popadoms were chewy, since when have they been chewy ??

Nice food, but over priced for there standard dishes, say its lamb but you can tell its beef as you can tell meat is slightly chewy, lamb is tender, but still nice food,

Decent authentic curries. Good portion sizes. Their chicken wings are AMAZING, a must try!

Just had another blinder of a curry. You guys get it right every single time. Even down to how I like my naan. Well done and extra thin. Bloody lovely.

Do not order from Fazias. The last three orders have been over 2 hours late with no explanation or recompense.

Attempted to Order via Uber - kept cancelling the order - turns out they dont want to send a driver outside of a 1 mile radius therefore are just being selective on which orders they accept. V disappointing.

Amazing food but waiting 90 minutes & my order going "missing" (ended up collecting although it was meant to be for delivery) wasn't what I expected

They advertise delivery 20-50 min however I have got my order after two hours. Driver did not call me to notify that the order has arrived and gave it my housemates who left it in the kitchen and did not tell me. After I called them that I did not get the order they agreed to prepare new one which take another hour and half and when I came down to kitchen after 3 hours the food was cool fries soggy and honestly worst experience I have had with a delivery. Instead of fresh order rude driver came to my door to ask me what happened and sad he’s not supposed to let me know he’s bringing me food even though I mentioned that in note to the driver. Since the restaurant has its own driver delivering food the app wouldn’t update you on location of the order and so probably I am supposed to get a crystal ball… Honestly worst customer service horrible food even if it would be warm the kebab was made of anything but meat and fries soaked with oil.

At first I couldn't have wanted anything more. Delivery was fast. Food was tasty. I got to the end of my meal to find a piece of glass or what looked like glass in my chicken tikka masala. My teeth actually hurt from trying to chew on this. Called up and they offered to send another.. but I passed on that. I was expecting an offer of a full refund. But no offer. Expected more

I don't often leave reviews but great food here, one of the best around. Used many times sometimes takes 10 mins more than expected but always fresh an well presented worth the wait.

Ordered via just eat. Called after the food was 45 minutes late, lady who answered assured me it was with the driver (they are less than a 5 minutes drive from my house). 30 minutes later, still no food, I called again to see where it was and I could hear the lady laughing about my call. 3 hours for them to not deliver a very simple order and still not been refunded. Shame, their food is good, I've been a customer for several years now but lying to customers is the lowest of the low. Very disappointed and hungry. I hope they are all very proud.

Ordered my first Indian take away. The food was FAB ....restaurant quality. Excellent service and arrived on time and hot. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend them. Thanks

Avoid. Extremely poor customer service. I ordered through Just Eat and when it was about 10 minutes late, I phoned to check up on the order and I was told it was 'on its way'... It wasn't. After a while I called again, and this time I was cut off before anyone even picked up. It became apparent that it hadn't even been cooked yet, because I then got an update on Just Eat that my order was going to take another half an hour. I cancelled... I cannot stand liars.

Ordered for collection at the weekend and it really was restaurant quality food. Tastes so fresh and everything was red hot. Garlic nann is so tasty!! My only downfall was been told 15 mins for collection when in reality it was about 30 mins after been stood in the shop waiting. Deffo worth the wait though.

One of the nicest Indian meals I have ever had the delivery time was good the packaging was good the presentation was excellent the taste was beautiful and the price was about average will definately order from there again in fact if I could I would of given 6 stars very happy customer

Just received my first takeaway meal delivered from Faiza’s and have to say delivery was quick and on time. The food was the best tasting I have had for a very long time, will definitely be ordering again.

Got my order wrong- chicken tikka starter instead of chicken tikka madras. When I phoned up to tell them the girl on the phone was really rude and said I’d have to pay for it. I said I was happy to pay the difference if she sent it out straight away to which she agreed to send it out with the next delivery. It was 45 minutes later before it turned up meaning everything else had to be microwaved. Not a good experience and will go elsewhere in future

Sorry but won't order from here again. No salad included with the starter and I know that vegetarian food CAN be bland but this was ultra ultra bland just a mass of spinach with a bit of potatoes and mushroom. Absolutely no flavour at all.

Been there 3 times and loved what I had. Tasty Chicken Tikka on Nann for £3.00 with a drink....bargain and staff really friendly, Stood in shop now waiting for order and tbh if it takes a little time no worries cooked fresh

Really disappoint with our order. Been waiting in in shop for 40min . And the advertisement of kebab in naan bread was none existant we just ended up with 4 pieces of meat in each container some onions and cabbage. Hardly value for money

Ordered 2 kebabs 8pm on a Saturday. 9.30 phoned to see how much longer it would be. We were told it would be delivered when they had a driver come back. 9.50 we cancelled. Ordered else where . Will Not use again.

Amazing curry. Red hot. More than enough to go around.
