Pizza Base in Leeds

We order from here and never really had a problem food good if there is an issue they will sort it for you good customer service.

Placed an order via there website, order accepted and then 30 mins later the website said they were not accepting orders as they were closed however was happy enough to take the money from my bank and not delivering food that had moved on to preparing via there tracking system.

Scrap! Food doesn't turn up. They don't answer the phone. Either the place is a scam or an absolute shambles - regardless, it needs shutting down.

Food was absolutely disgusting. Barely ate a couple of mouthfuls. Luke warm. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY LIK US.

I normally like food from this place & I choose softer food like, chicken Ringo burgers & smash burgers & not spicy which I've ordered & liked before, I react badly to spicy foods. I ordered the non spicy loaded chick box & I specifically asked for non spicy kebab meat. I was hungry when it arrived, I ate some kebab meat, & the spice creeped up & I was sick, later, when I felt better, I thought, honest mistake, I warmed up the chick burger & my mouth was awash with hot spice & I was sick again. YOU HAVE LOST MY CUSTOM!

Portions were great but there were a lot of chips in the Donner box and not much meat. The chilli sauce is nice though and goes well with the Donner and the smash burgers are decent. Not sure if I'll return because I didn't like the chips and they're basically the foundation of a meal

Took a long time for them to answer, asked for no sauce and my food was covered in sauce along with it being cold

The beef burger was beautiful and very tasty and the donner and chicken was perfect Would definitely come back and the price was fully worth it

I never like to leave anywhere 1 star but we had to cancel our order last night as we had already waited 2 hours when we called for an update and was told it was going to be another 30 mins. The food is really good when it does arrive, but waiting 2 hrs 30 mins is not worth it. Still waiting for a refund at the moment.

Absolutely shocking. Took 20 minutes to place an order of 3 burgers. They put the phone down and had to call back twice. Not even half a mile away and took 1 hour and 30 minutes and still didn’t arrive. After the reading the reviews we had to cancel to order as our food would have been stone cold by time we got it.

We ordered delivery food. This is delivered by the store and not a 3rd party. The fries were freezing cold. The burgers were barely warm. The chicken tasted awful and the hash brown tasted weird. The mince used in the smash burgers was full of gristle. Very low quality, cold food. Avoid. ***There reply to my review on Just Eat was also very condescending, assuming that I have not tasted there quality of food. Well there quality of food was shocking on the day we ate. I have a very good pallet and eat all types of food from many different food genres and from greasy spoon to high end restaurants and bistros. So for them to make the comments they did just proves how single minded they are.

Ordered food the pizza deal 1 - everything came within an hour which is GOOD however the pizza was missing and brought 20 minutes later. The food what arrived first, did have good taste to it however it was cold unfortunately - when the pizza arrived, it was also very cold and was hard at this point I personally didn't even eat the pizza in the end. We did ring up, and was told we'd get something free on our next order which is fine - however overall 1st time experience wasn't very good, but like I said the food was nice just a shame it was cold - would consider giving smash corner another go within the future

Absolutely fabulous the food was amazing and it was not cold. cooked perfectly the staff were super friendly highly recommended

Ordered food and waited over 2 hours for it. Finally got it, barely warm and then I start serving the rice out and find a small black hair in it. Completely put me off my food now for the night

Absolutely shocking. Rude on the call to order then rude again when I told him our food was cold. He accused me of lying about it. Small portions, not very nice food, rude service and taken an hr to arrive. Will never return nor recommend. If I could put 0 star I would!!

Been a loyal customer for over 20 years, tonight my wife and I were abused after an online payment didn't go through, we tried to resolve and put the payment through again, were treat like criminals, utterly disgusted and my wife left distressed , never again, order at your peril.

Used to be a great takeaway, service and food have gone downhill

Clearly don't listen on phone sent wrong order then try saying I ask for sumart else when I get the same thing with every takeaway like to try different ones.

Ordered late night.. order was completely wrong.. no sauce on the kebab, chips still raw, donner meat was all the scrap ends, no filling on pizza, garlic bread with cheese and mushroom was burnt! Absolutely shocking not worth £20.10 at all.. wouldn’t have fed it to a dog went straight in the bin

Probably the worst pizza I have ever had. Tasted really burnt and bitter and sat on what looked like a shop bought base. Went in the bin!
