Awful fish for the price, dry and too much batter.

Firstly the staff were very helpful and pleasant the Room was somewhat poor stained bedding and on the flooring bathroom needed a better clean the food was ok but could have been better my wife had sirloin steak which was very poor and at breakfast food was very scarce having to ask constantly for items from the hot food bar they just didn't cater for the amount of guests each morning all in all disappointing but the staff were very helpful and pleasant

I placed an order for collection, but when I arrived, the staff was preparing to close early. Despite being told by asian gentleman with glasses behind the till my order would be made fresh just pay your bill, so I did. I witnessed the chef microwaving an old Turkish kebab with SALAD to include in my order. Can you believe this? Old kebab with SALAD in microwave? When I objected, the staff's response was unacceptable, essentially telling me I had to accept the already made food from earlier today because they were closing. I left without receiving my order, NO REFUND, or an apology. I strongly advise against ordering from this dreadful takeaway due to the poor customer service and potential food safety concerns!!!!!

Excelente relación calidad-precio. Comida fresca y deliciosa. Nuestros favoritos son los kebabs y chuletas de cordero. No puedo recomendar este lugar lo suficientemente!

Absolutely rubbish customer service. They called the manager on the phone who had absolutely no customer services skills and no manners at all. Can't believe he would just talk and not listen. Never again.

No locks on any of the toilet doors in the mens bathroom. No toilet roll and no soap to wash your hands. Been in here a few times and it's the same situation everytime.

It's not called Nazma anymore, it's called Hot Chilli. The food was excellent, service brilliant. Will defo go back and would recommend this place to anyone who likes good Indian food. Really good food and very reasonably priced.

My friend is a very good cook at this place and the fufu is absolutely amazing and extremely extraordinary!

Massive portions always nice food and fast delivery from there friendly delivery drivers.
