Pizza Pizza in Leeds

I placed an order for collection, but when I arrived, the staff was preparing to close early. Despite being told by asian gentleman with glasses behind the till my order would be made fresh just pay your bill, so I did. I witnessed the chef microwaving an old Turkish kebab with SALAD to include in my order. Can you believe this? Old kebab with SALAD in microwave? When I objected, the staff's response was unacceptable, essentially telling me I had to accept the already made food from earlier today because they were closing. I left without receiving my order, NO REFUND, or an apology. I strongly advise against ordering from this dreadful takeaway due to the poor customer service and potential food safety concerns!!!!!

Drove to Leeds and was chilling and having pizza in car and then suddenly a piece of plastic, yellow plastic ended up in my mouth, please don’t bother, not safe to eat. Look at the picture. What if the plastic is swallowed, are these guys going to take liability?

Ordered for the first time after reading all the hype and have to say it was pretty bad . Food was luke warm and not good quality at all , tasted like it was reheated from day before. That cheese sauce they put over everything completely ruined it , probably won't reorder from these again unless by some degree of miracle they can sway me over by serving up something so good , so original that the world has never seen that it changes my life forever . But I'm telling you right now ... I don't think that's going to happen .

Amazing how all the bad reviews are just after a bit of football banter on Facebook! Sheff United fans need to get a life and I will now go out of my way to get some food here. Seriously trying to destroy someone's business because of a joke is the lowest of the low.

Absolutely vile. Ordered a pizza from Pizza Pizza in Leeds and was served something that barely qualifies as food. The pizza arrived stone cold, with all the flavour and texture of the cardboard box it limped in with. Honestly, if I’d closed my eyes, I wouldn’t have known whether I was eating the box or the pizza. The cheese was rubbery, the base was limp and soggy, and the toppings looked like they’d been scraped off a school dinner tray and slapped on at random. It was a disgrace from top to bottom. As for the premises – dirty, dingy, and about as hygienic as a skip behind a dodgy takeaway. Grease-stained counters, a faint stench of despair, and not a hairnet in sight. Frankly, the Food Standards Agency should be knocking on their door first thing Monday morning – with gloves on. Avoid this place like the plague.

Pizza come covered in grease and some white substance that looked like it belonged to a human. Absolute dive never again.

I tried the munch box and got to give them it for the price it was good the burger was not the best burger I’ve had but I would give it a good 8 but you get plenty onion ring good then you get the donner I don’t think you can complain now the burger is nicer at berry’s and the donner is better but it’s £5 more you don’t get as much and they don’t seem to do anything with the fries and the staff at the beach I went to was great (near Oakwood ) for the money bargain you can even change the burger out and get a small pizza

Last 3 times we have ordered its had items missing. All you get is it won't happen again we apologise. Won't be using anymore shame because the food is half decent

Unreal food , hot and fast delivery . If you want consistently top grade food for all types of taste buds , with great customer service then look no further than these guys , my favourite is the the lufc munch box for the price and the amount of food you get the taste buds just explode in your mouth . I get on edge as every car passes by waiting for that knock at the door and my two little girls run to the door shouting in excitement , knowing full well what it is . Its like santa turning up for them in person at Christmas 10 out of 10 every time Kudos to the Beeston branch 💪💙

This place was recommended to us by a friend and I wish we knew about it sooner! I have 3 children 1 who is autistic and we struggle finding good places for food that he will actually eat. We tried here and he absolutely loved the pizza and so did the rest of us! Fast delivery, food was hot and delicious! Highly recommend 😋

Great place, I used the Beeston branch many pizzas ago, when I lived down there, my son still lives down there and omg he never shuts up about pizza pizza ( well who can blame him! Now I use the kirkstill one, now my 8 year old girl is getting pizza pizza fever she loves the red kebab meat. In all honesty you can’t blame them, the food is great.

Had some really nice food from here but recently it seems to have gone down hill the food wasn’t nice the chips was soggy and just not very nice meals lately

The only takeaway I’ve ordered where the food comes as delicious as it looks in the pictures! Frequently order the Turkish naan kebab- more than enough for the two of us, the meat is cooked in a sauce and it’s so tasty! The Rambo pizza is also a favourite, best pizza we’ve ever had! Lufc box is great value for money if your not sure what you fancy, again 2 of us share this and it is plenty! The sauce on the loaded fries is to die for. Customer service has always been top notch too and speedy delivery ❤️

The food is occasionally good, however each time it tastes differently and over time they reduce the amount you get. I wouldn't recommend for anyone. The fries were worse than McDonald's and all the food was squished and not nicely served

After discovering this spot on social media, we decided to give it a try. Needless to say, it lived up to our expectations. We opted for the Turkish balti pizza and donner on nan, and they were both delicious. The service at Pizza Pizza was exceptional. Despite the lack of seating, the staff kindly arranged a space for us indoors as we made the trip from Oldham. As for the food, the donner was juicy and bursting with flavor, while the pizza was exceptionally tasty. Overall, this place is definitely worth a visit and one that I'll revisit if I find myself in Leeds again.

After using pizza pizza, a few times, I found there pizza base to be overproofed, almost sour ! I am a bit of a sceptic because I have worked in the trade but was willing to forgive because its hard in this day and age to find anyone selling what they declare correctly, but when after a drunken moment I realised I had paid on line and then also paid the delivery driver cash , with a tip (who I had already tipped online) when I paid, I understand it was my mistake and got in contact with the beeston branch onmore than 1 occasion, to hear nothing back, after been assured I would , I would advise anyone to find a better pizza shop, (really not Hard to do) and check there change, don't tip, as they are not honest and don't really care about there standard of product, Plus the salami is rank, BE WARNED!!! !!!

This is the 3 time I have ordered now and same outcome the chips was cold the kebab meet was cold and dried up like it had been sat for hours just horrible food all round

Poor customer service, give whatever pizza they like and have the cheek to blame the customer, and won't amend the mistake instead try covering it up by blaming the customer. These guys have done a great job on social media. The food.. not that great unfortunately. The burger was a cheap patty with no taste with a rubbery texture. The pizza meat was cut too thick and sickly. Everything was very salty. The chicken tenders were very tasty.

Thought I'd try this place as I've seen all the good reviews for it, otherwise I'd have stuck to my usual takeaway I've been going to years...and I wish I did just stick to them. Pizza came greasy all the toppings, cheese, pepperoni had slid off the pizza so it was a right mess to sort. Nothing special about the taste or anything it was painfully average and it was one of them you pick up and everything just drops off. Tried contacting them on Facebook was told someone will get back to me and no one has and I've tried messaging multiple times. Very poor customer service. There's much better takeaways about for the price. I did get chips too and they was okay, not enough to redeem everything else. It's a shame with all the views this place seems to be getting but my experience was poor. if it let me upload a pic I would but it doesn't on here. Would not recommend.

Fries piping hot (you don't get that often!) Burger patties: certainly not premium, nice chargrilled taste, unfortunately the patties were too chewie and seemed to have more than expected sinew, certainly not a top quality burger IMHO

So this week, I had a half and half , with stuffed crust , omg it was beautiful , I rarely eat pizza, but this will be on my to do once a week list, I had half chicken cheeto and half Bangladesh, nomnom

Best Pizza I've ever had. We got the 14" half and half (Asian Style and Baadshah) with stuffed crust. I've never had a base that was so fluffy and crust with perfect melt of cheese. Very pleased and would absolutely return. Pictures don't do it any justice.

Ordered a half & half pizza. Half chicken & mushroom & half pepperoni. Dry (not greasy) base, cheese wasn't cheap Cheddar but pleasant tasting. Cheese garlic bread looked dry but was surprisingly tasty!! Only downer was chips looked pale but were at least hot and ok. Would definitely order again. Quick delivery & hot food.

Where to start a £1 delivery fee on a £20 order when it's less than 2 miles to the shop from my address had to look twice when I was eating the kebab thought I was eating the pizza box it tasted like cardboard wedges wasnt cooked all way through fries was hard naan bread soggy wich I dont know how because the kebab meat was dry as a bone gone right down hill will never order from there again never heard such nonsense an £1 for deliver when we love less than 2 miles from the shop ridiculous

Tried this place after seeing a review on social media. Decent pizza to have whilst watching football. Went for the thin base pepperoni; Cheese was nice and tangy but base was very doughy, not for my liking but would have preferred base to be slightly more fermented and be slightly more light, fluffy and Airy. Ordered over phone for collection and paid contactless when collected. Customer service was exceptional. Decent pizza joint in Leeds and not too pricey ❤️

If I Didn’t Get A Pizza It Would Be Half A Star. The Pizza Had A Solid Base, With Plenty Of Toppings. I Would Order Anytime. If You Want A Kebab For A White Person… You Will Enjoy, Don’t Forget Lots Of Chutney.
