KFC Leeds - Dewsbury Road in Leeds

Really enjoyed my kfc from here. Was nice and fresh and the batter was really good nice and crispy and not too greasy and definitely not soft. The meat was nice and juicy. Nice service, did have to wait a little bit as ordered in store rather than online.

I never got served. The guy took 10 minutes taking one order. Passed a driver a delivery and then slowly packed the first order. Only one person in the shop and 15 minutes later...my order still hasn't been taken. Wasn't busy... just really really really slow and lethargic. If you're hungry or hurrying I'd drive to another KFC it be quicker.

Guys I used to work here back in 2018 and I can tell u it has gone down hill real quick. I ordered a box meal with a extra fillet large. They didn't make the fries large and my extra fillet wasn't in there didn't taste good fries old ima paki myself and these lot are all these freshies tht don't understand wt they doing. Get some proper workers working

Amazing service sometime its busy and you have to wait but the staff are amazing and are working fast need more staff well done to the cooks! For great work. Also the taste of the food was so fresh and never had before

Outstanding quick efficient and accurate service by M QAMAR and ALINA. Very helpful and patient with the customers The food was piping hot and tasted perfect. No complaints . Place was clean and staff were very welcoming both to customers and delivery drivers . Tried the zinger zinger offer and it was just enough for two adults.

We never got the free pop pop chicken

Missing items and they are not picking up the phone. I’ve called them over 10 times and there is no response.

delivery original said 1.15 then changed to 130 and then turned up stone cold and had to microwave it

Food was okay but some of the order was missing. The three pieces of chicken from the colonel meal weren't put into the bag for whatever reason. I'm not impressed and I would like to be refunded for the mistake.

the whole order, cold drinks included were all packed into the bag. meaning my drinks arrived warm and my chicken was colder than necessary. Irritating when I've just spent £80. this is either stupidity or lack of consideration.

Dont order from here unless you enjoy cold food

1 bad thing is that, I did not get my Fries with my large popcorn chicken meal. The kids meal was perfect.

The delivery took near enough an hour, on the app it said food was still being prepared 10 minutes before it arrived but somehow all food was freezing cold and now this app won't allow me to press continue on the 'something wrong with the order' 'food was cold' part. nearly £40 for food that took an hour and arrived freezing cold. I want a full refund as im in a hotel with no way to heat the food because i cannot stand hot food that's gone cold.

Firstly we ordered a gravy tub which wasn’t even in the bag. So the order was short for what we paid for. Secondly the order was , at best, like warm and the chips were cold. Really disappointed this evening

Ordered a family feast bucket and tower burger meal. (£43) Requested the buffalo sauce be provided separately. (Kid having sandwich, not sure if he likes it) Food arrived cold, corn on cob looked grey, no dipping sauce for 5 people and burger full of buffalo sauce with a note on the receipt stating 'we are not allowed' next to my request. I called the shop but the woman who answered the phone was difficult to understand and couldn't understand me very well. After almost 10 mins of searching they are unable to find my order. Telling me it must be another shop. Their address across the top of the receipt. Disappointed!

I don't rate the Buffalo burger, there was far too much sauce so that's all you could taste. Everything else was nice though.

Driver complained about not being able to find the address despite being given clear instructions on the phone. He then knocked on the door, left the food on the step and stormed off before I could even open the door. Absolutely abysmal service

Staff are miserable. Apparently popcorn chicken is 20p a piece according to a staff member trying to say this whilst another staff did my order secretly. That is expensive for a small popcorn chicken!! Chips also are always cold. Avoid

Paid for the order. The order never came. Called the restaurant who said call just eat. Called the restaurant again. Still no food. Poor service all round.

Was delivered the wrong order. Called & called KFC and eventually got through. Was told a driver would collect the incorrect order and drop the correct one off. Never happened. Tried calling them again and again and they just didn't answer the phone. Put through for a refund as the incorrect order was too cold to eat and no other food was delivered.

the driver dropped the wrong order.the lady at the shop called to speak to the driver who wasn't here to inform him of the mishap...over an hour later they redelivered the food originally ordered....called the staff member who called and she was rude and said she didn't know what would happen...again disappointing

Delivery was over an hour late. Delivery courier was on a bicycle for a journey clearly too far away for that mode of transport. Followed him on the app and he clearly had no idea where he was going or how to get there. Not acceptable.

I'm sorry - but this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had from KFC. It took an hour to get to me, the food was cold and the beans were very watery. Not happy at all
