I would give 0 if possible. I have never ever in my life had food as terrible as this. I have requested a full refund from Uber and still awaiting it.

Food was terrible taste, probably not my taste, too much acid in chicken, noodles was swimming in sauce mixture with oil, after taste is horrible, only delicious was garlic fried rice from all order.

Food was alright and what you would expect from a takeaway. Delivery was a bit of a joke though! Ordered at 7:45pm, it accepted the order with a delivery time if 20:50 - 21:15! Came at 21:15, so was on time (reason for 2 stars ) but what takes it over an hour n half in first place?!?!

Absolutely delicious! The duck with orange wasn’t gloopy and tasted so fresh. The OK sauce dish was zingy and sweet and the meat was so satisfyingly crunchy. Yum!

All the food was cold and one of the meals was missing. Ordered at 1745 and it got to us at 1938pm. Was gutted. £44 wasted. First time i used these too.

Waited over an hour for delivery and then had to phone again . Told me it was on its way but had to cancel after waiting over an hour and a half .

Been a regular customer now for a while now. Thought I'd found the one, but no. Order was wrong, and late, food was so disappointing. It was like vinegar. Unable to eat. Customer service shocking. Will not be recommended and certainly won't be going again. 😡

Excellent food will order again. Menu dishes don't include rice or chips like most restaurants and that's not clear for most people

I am a regular customer of this restaurant. Absolutely love their food and keep ordering it. Salt and pepper chicken wings are super fresh, hot and tasty and the portions are massive. Highly recommend.

Tryed something different was not to my taste .

Very disappointed. The overall food was good, but to pay £3.20 for literally 15 prawn crackers is day light robbery. Called the takeaway and they could not given two hoots, no apology, didn't even try to sort it. We will never order from here again.

Never order from anywhere else. The nicest local Chinese food. Food is always fresh, full of flavour and hot when delivered. The kitchen accommodates our dietary requirements every time we order. Delivery driver is lovely and friendly.

Would have been 4 star for food really enjoyed it. Delivered on time and quality was great. I asked the delivery driver specifically to close my gate as I have a dog, which he assured me he would. Obviously should have checked myself after, unfortunately I didn't my dog went wondering. Luckily not too far and home safe. Please stress how important it is to close a gate!!!

I was disappointed as it’s usually excellent But the battered chicken was soggy and the pieces Quite large, the chicken was similar to a previous dish I had ordered. Battered chicken balls I think it was. So. Unfortunately major let down.

Singapore Chow Mein and Special in batter with sweet and sour sauce was nice. I requested delivery at a specific time and delivery was bang on time.

We wouldn’t order from any other Chinese, never had a bad meal from them and always comes on time. Maybe a tad pricier than other takeaways though.

I asked for no onions and no peppers but the dish was LOADED with them. I also ordered a special fried rice but it contained only chicken. The special kung po only contained one mystery meat too that was very tough to cut and eat. Quality not bad and may order again but disappointed with this order.

Absolutely vile. Chicken was stringy and had a terrible aftertaste, both mains have gone straight in the bin. Genuinely tasted off. Soft noodles were extremely dry and tasteless. Satay sauce was nice but had nothing to eat it with after having to bin the actual food. Disgusting and won’t be ordering again.

Ive ordered from Golden Horse before and have had no complaints. However, this time around, I decided to order Special Chop Suey. Not something I'd ordered from them before. I was disappointed at the size of the portion; akin to a child's portion, half the size of the Special Chow Mein. Given that both dishes are the same price or thereabouts, not something I would order again nor recommend.

I ordered duck in fried rice, salt & pepper spare ribs and salt & pepper chips. All were hot and absolutely gorgeous. Definitely my new favourite place.
