Great place. Love the Chinese food event a few weeks ago. I'm looking forward to the next one and defo going to for sunday lunch.

Cannot fault anything. Unbelievable cobs at realistic prices, washed down by tremendous ales.

Simplicity at its best. Traditional family run chip shop.. great team great food. 👍

I just want to say thank you to the young blonde lad who was working tonight. You were very sweet and did a wonderful job! I appreciate you taking a moment to check on me while I’m currently grieving, most staff/people wouldn’t even blink an eye. My first time visiting the pub but the food was amazing and I really enjoyed my visit.

Went for breakfast. Buffet style and delicious! The price was good too. £26 for 2 adults and 2 children with drinks. 👍👍

We have previously had excellent service whenever we visited. The staff are truly exceptional. We shall not return however, today whilst eating the normally delicious food, my 9 year old girl found a dead maggot in it. I am sure it was an oversight and not indicative of there usual high standards of hygiene. Unfortunately, despite being regular visitors we will not return.

Good food. Good beer. Dog friendly. Good value for money. Welcoming staff Just how a good pub should be.
