Fish and chips and all other foods are fantastic indan grate Tesco farm den cafe the eagle and the bull both grate food and all the staff so welcomeing in all shops and pub

This is the best chippy I’ve ever had. The quality of the food is exceptional. The staff are lovely and they work so hard to get everything right. I started going to this chippy about a year ago and I come from Kinver. I started using it because Mr chips in Kinver is awful. We love it and I hope you continue to do as amazing as you are. Thank you for making my night off cooking a great pleasure. Lovely family run business.

I overlook that their fish and chips are the dearest I have ever had but on Saturday 3rd I ordered and paid for fish chips and peas. When I got home some 2 miles away the chips were almost cold against the fish and no peas. I remain unimpressed.

Best chippy out of all nearby villages, great food, great service. Just be prepared to wait a bit if you use at peak times like a Friday night!

Called in today while travelling through and on holiday. Lovely, friendly and helpful staff. Freshly cooked fish and chips. This really was the best we've eaten in a long time! Good sized portions and very reasonably priced. Took it down to the canal to eat. The staff kindly allowed us to park outside their premises while we did so.

The chips are amazing you can choose from plain or battered ones. The doner on a naan is out of this world. The staff are very friendly. Definitely worth a visit .

Great chippy for food, all of the food was cooked from fresh on-order so no old food left lying around. However, the curry sauce was definitely the worst curry at a chip shop that I've ever tasted.

This is a great fish and chip shop therefore was disappointed to find that it is now closed on Sundays. We will be visiting another time though.

The owners was so disrespectful towards me and I won’t be returning here ever again . I was waiting for my food for over 30 minutes, I asked the owners and staff politely how longs my food going to be on 3 different occasions and they said it won’t be long . I was fuming because people was coming in after me and receiving there food before me . The owner shouted abuse at me after I said can I my money back! Won’t be returning here ever again .

Superb Village Chip Shop, very friendly and accommodating, used by people from far and wide, busy on Friday evenings, good food, well cooked, keeps me coming back for a treat.

Honestly the best chips I've ever had. We tried the battered chips for the first time and they tasted amazing, the portion size was very generous, great quality. The staff were extremely friendly and really helpful with us asking questions about the food. 100% recommend if you are in the area. Definitely ask for battered chips, they are amazing, cooked in vegetable oil, they batter is made of flour and water, its a very light, crispy batter.

Superb take away as usual. I drive from a nearby village to fetch their outstanding food.

Food is great the best chippy around that's if you can get them! The wait time is ridiculous I've waited up to 45mins plus for a portion of chips I feel they could be more prepared during peak times 😥

Such a friendly and spotless establishment. They remember my Mum's favourite meal. I'm Wombourne and drive there to pick up chicken kebab meat and chips!! Friday evenings there is a long queue so get there early!! You can also ring an order through and collect. You won't be disappointed!!

Having lived in Cookley over 52 years .this chippy has changed hands a few times I can honestly say that this is the best it has ever been. Excellent owners,,quick service and great food.Best chippy for miles around

I live two minutes away from a chip shop but l would rather travel the 3 miles to this chippy you can't do better l will ring up order what l want and when l pull up out side they bring it out to me because l can't walk to good they are the friendly and so helpful my son won't have food from anywhere else they have the cleanest chippy l know of l would recommend this family shop to anyone don't ever move thank you for your service

Last went in this shop around 10years ago and swore never to return, my brother told me that it had changed hands fairly recently, so I decided to give it a go. I’m glad I did, as the people were most pleasant and the food ( Unbattered chips mini fish and roe with curry sauce) was lovely. Will be going again in the next couple of weeks. To all the staff there a big thank you.

A gem of a find. If you're visiting nearby deffo worth a visit for a Friday night fish n chip supper. But not just for that - a great selection of pies & kebab meats too. And not forgetting the option of battered chip!! Great value too.
