Not many places have good quality and quantity but this place has both! Great service, friendly staff and the puddings were to die for! Will definitely return.

Not been here for years, but came with my two friends for an after work bite to eat. I had the open steak sandwich. It came with large hand cut chips and coleslaw. The steak was cooked to perfection, the chips were amazing. I can't fault it. One of my friends had a pizza, which was fresh, large and she said it was delicious. My other friend had a chicken and bacon open sandwich, and again, it came with chips and homemade coleslaw. We all really were surprised when it arrived at how good it all looked, and it tasted even better. There are lots of other dishes on the menu I want to try, so I will definitely be back. The Chef was really friendly too and was clearly proud of what he was doing. See you soon!

Great place to eat, brilliant food.

Had a lovely lunch at The Lion Inn this afternoon. We were debating on what to choose when the chef came out to see us. He recommended an open tomato, mozzarella and pesto sandwich with homemade crisps and salad which was perfect as I’m vegetarian. My friend chose the cheese and bacon toastie. I’ve got to say, it was amazing, we both thoroughly enjoyed it and the homemade crisps were super and a nice touch. The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We will definitely be visiting again soon 🤩

Date01/03/2025 telephone order at 6.35pm was told it would take 1hour ,I phoned again to find out were order was this was at 8.45pm they said we can cook it and have it sent out in 50mins time .this is no way to run a business. I would not recommend this place to anyone .its not the only time we had problems with this takeaway shop.
