Excellent service great food and lovely staff

Called in and had a lovely meal. Excellent iPad to help with dietary requirements. The pub is bright and popular with locals calling in for a drink or meal after work. The staff were efficient and welcoming.

We had Christmas lunch at Saffron Cottage. The food was exceptional and the service was second to none. Well done and thank you.

Ordered online and gave 2 hours notice. Food turned 45 minutes late and cool. Had phoned twice and told them it was our first time with them and I would be putting bad review regarding delivery time After heating in microwave chicken wings were inedible. Main courses had no taste, husband added chilli to his so it became a bit more authentic. I'm not sure if I put blindfold on that I could have said what I was eating. Very expensive for poor quality and very disappointed. Do not recommend anyone go there unless you want bland, coloured food and you don't want value for your hard earned money.

i ordered food to take away for my 2 teenagers and myself. We all became very poorly after eating the food, my daughters complained in stomach problems and they threw up. I also had severe stomach problems and threw up. I called Blue Jade the following day and they were so rude and told me they have never had complaints. I told them all i wanted was to let them know that this is what happened but all i got in return was rudeness, no empathy and no apology. I will never order from there again.

Decent chippy. Ok it gets busy and sometimes you have to wait but means you know your munch hasnt been say under the heat lamp for ages. Lots of crispy batter. And boss curry sauce. Update 4 years on: Still boss.
