Second time ordering from here first time the food was amazing, especially the chips, fried rice and curry sauce

Visited here today for my daughters birthday, she'd been her before and for her 11th birthday wanted to come again. My youngest wanted a pizza, that wasn't on the menu today but but our server pushed for her to get that pizza and she did get it. We had to wait a while as it was very busy but the food was more than worth rhe wait. Just want to say a HUGE thank you to the lady who served us, her name was jade, she was down to earth, kept checking on us and made a fuss of the kids. It's very rare in this day to find someone in food retail to take notice and go beyond. Will definitely be visiting again ☺

I found out that our starters were cooked the previous day having found them inedible. Incredible. And the employee seemed happy to give me that information deeming it acceptable. Never again. Poppadoms were like rubber. Shame as it was a bastion in Lye’s curry belt. Resting on its laurels big time…

So disappointed. Empty, no ambience. Menu selections not available. What we chose not as advertised. Coffee machine being cleaned and not available during service.

Was refused a drink despite having valid ID, as my friend has no parents and has had to wait 6 years for a passport which has had to be sent back. We were also refused a refund. The manager luke was great with the issue and sorted it out promptly and we are very grateful for this.

This restaurant I will never order from again, I placed order threw uber eats I waited over an hr just for 1 bacon n egg sarny and 1 ham and lettuce sarny with a tray of ham and cheese salad, I called up 3 times to see where my order was, all 3 times I got fobbed off and then when my order did eventually arrive, it was the completely wrong order they gave me 2 sausage and egg sarnys the sausage was burnt the egg was burnt, completely pissed off with this if I'm honest, I will never order from here again.

Friendly staff, good service and very clean. Nice and quiet too and really enjoyed sitting in to eat Highly recommend this subway

Ordered food for takeaway, had good ratings on just eat. Wish I'd read other reviews first. Delivery of food was bang on time, really friendly delivery driver. Food was hot, those are the positives. The negatives... Southern fried chicken way too overcooked,chicken nuggets way overcooked, were tough and chewy. The chips were hot, however they had clearly been cooked much earlier in the day and reheated, they too were tough and chewy. Fish batter was greasy. This was my first time ordering unfortunately will be the last, especially afterwards finding they only have 3 stars for councils food hygiene rating. Steer clear.

Got over charged for my drink what would usually cost me less then £5, cost over £9 with the new management. With the cost going up they still over charged me so I asked for a refund which was given but they gave me the wrong money again. Over all can say I will not be returning in the future!!!
