A bit disappointed this time as we ordered and paid for chicken and mushroom chow mein but no mushrooms was in it and I am not going to ring up for a 50p refund! very little chicken plus delivery said 45 mins but took 1 hour 10 mins 😞

Van drivers beware this place is a thief's dream. The car park is poorly lit and despite parking my van in one of the few spots covered by a CCTV camera, my side door had been done within an hour of arrival. The overnight desk staff didn't want to know & told me to take it up with the manager in the morning. Management agreed to check the cameras "when they got chance". I went back the following afternoon and was told nothing was visible, meaning either they have no working cameras or they weren't interested in helping, as the CCTV was pointed directly at my van. They refused to let me view the footage and said they'd only deal with the Police, who weren't interested either. So all in all, an extremely expensive stay for a single night in a budget motel. Save yourself the hassle, pay the extra up front and stay somewhere safer.

We recently purchased pizza from papa johns cheylsmore on 17th feb . Half n half of pepperoni and veg pizza . We had a terrible experience as I experienced stomach cramps and my husband had diarrhea. I would not recommend this place unless they improve food safety .

Today went with sister in law Always Friendly service by Bar Staff Meals are bought to table You can pay at the bar for drinks & meals or order on Wetherspoons App which me & hubby have chosen previously on App Today me & sister in law had drinks Mine was Squash and she helped herself to a hot drink you’re able to also help yourself to free Refills To eat she enjoyed Fish Chips & Mushy peas I had simple chicken tikka masala with rice Tastes delicious

We came to the store on London road Coventry on 05/04/2025 at around 6.30. And there were a few gals sat next to our table throwing food over others. When we questioned them they started doing it more and more and even throwing sauces.. Even they started throwing sauces on our 6 yr old child as well... And seeing all this the staff just stood there doing nothing. When we approached the staff for help they just said sorry and the gals were still in the premises. This was disgusting. We came to enjoy our food in a good atmosphere which turned out to be worst experience ever. We would never come back to this place.. We hate this place now and would pass our experience to our friends and family as well. If there is a zero rating would like to give that.

First time to order and will be the last the food was tasteless and curry sauce tasted like washing up liquid and chicken ball burnt and over cooked what a let down definitely will not order again

My husband and I have just had the most disgusting and overpriced takeaway from this place (via Just Eat). My husband had sweet and sour chicken balls - undercooked - so not too bad, but the piece de resistance (and yes I am being ironic) was my crispy Aromatic duck; which wasn’t crispy or aromatic and in fact there was so little meat I’m not even sure it WAS duck. 5 pancakes (one of which was torn), a very small and fatty piece of duck and watered down plum sauce. Disgusting!

I ordered through Uber and they sent the wrong food, something I could not eat. When I called they admitted they were in the wrong and told me nothing could be done

Horrible para las alergias y básicamente haciendo bien el pedido, la última vez pedí una pizza sin gluten y me enviaron una normal. Esta vez estábamos desesperados, así que los pedimos de nuevo y me dieron la pizza sin gluten sin la pegatina. También cuando llegamos a casa que había sido cortado con significa que estaba contaminado. Impactante para las alergias, mantente alejado si quieres estar seguro.

The sausage rolls were OK, but they are MUCH cheaper at Aldi! Be careful not to get ripped off! Times are hard, and all pennies count!
