Big Shout out to Aravind, ocassionally I will pop by on my lunch break. He is always so welcoming and a lovely person. Could not rate him highly enough! Nice atmosphere, nice staff.

A really good place to stop for breakfast. (Very clean & Hygienic inside) All of the staff were very polite and friendly. A very good choice of options on the menu. Food was very good. I cant wait to call back and try some of their S.A. inspired breakfast options!

First, I would like to say that I love an pub history, and this pub had that ten. I'm from up north, and walking past this pub, I couldn't help but 'invite myself' in. Straight away, Chris the landlord, was a friendly face, which I hadn't received the majority of places in Bromrove. My pint of Wainwrights was perfect followed by polite "enjoy my friend." We contacted the team to see if we could book dining for a large party of 30 adults and children. Craig, the Manager was very accommodating and provided us with the conservatory area. We were asked to provide menu choices in advance which was easy and even when a few ppl dropped out last minute it was no problem for the team. The pub is lovely, clean and well decorated. All staff are friendly and helpful and the food is incredible. We ordered lots from the Sunday Lunch Menu, along with childrens meals and I enjoyed the lasagne. All freshly cooked and generous portions- not one complaint! The Manager Craig communicated well throughout and the kids absolutely loved him and his challenge of eating all the peas they could! Despite us being a large party and making the place busy they remained calm and professional and made our celebration lovely. Thanks Craig and the team, we will def return if you will have us!

Absolutely dreadful. Nobody on the till, staff out of sight in kitchen. Tables were dirty, there was no cutlery or even teaspoons. When cutlery was eventually brought out the pieces I selected were still dirty. Self service hot drinks machine wasn't working, had to ask staff to add coffee beans. No cups, had to ask staff in kitchen. Found a teapot but was dirty. Food was lukewarm and still no teaspoons so my friend stirred her tea with a fork. I've never known anything like it, an absolute shambles.
