Costa Coffee in Bromsgrove

Big Shout out to Aravind, ocassionally I will pop by on my lunch break. He is always so welcoming and a lovely person. Could not rate him highly enough! Nice atmosphere, nice staff.

They are now dog friendly which is brilliant. Dog and coffees go very together and it's clear this is a big hit for costa. Staff here are very friendly too. I return on a regular basis now to work for a few hours.

This is one of the best Costa Coffee we had visited. Great atmosphere and friendly service ( with a warm smile ). We noticed Aravine a team member, always greeted their customers warmly. Quite amazing.

Disappointed went to drive through asked what I wanted told the lady she replied in broken English , got to second window she had vanished !! Sat waiting for a while causing a queue lady with very long black hair, wanted to take payment didn’t tell me how much ! Got order wrong and was quite rude , had food cold and chewy

This Costa is incredible! The service is amazing, and the whole team is so nice. The store has been designed so well, and it's a great place to come and enjoy a drink.

Despite a failed app order (money taken via Applepay and Order Number on my App but no notification to store) the guys here made us up our order. Fantastic Coconut Latte’s. Thanks Both!

Had the nicest servers! One lady in particular noticed I had my hair done for my trial and was so sweet and they were all very complimentry and treated us so well!!

Lovely coffee but sat outside as had dogs with us,,,,, spoilt by litter my brother had it under his feet,if had have known would have gone somewhere else

The team at this Costa Coffee is incredible! They always make me feel like a VIP, remembering my favorite drinks even on specific days. Their smiles are infectious, and I truly appreciate their excellent service. Kudos to the manager for leading such a fantastic team! Couldn't be happier with my experience here!

Took about 15 minutes to make one hot drink and warm an almond croissant 😂 wish I never bothered.

Bromsgrove Costa by Morrisons …Coffee was weak, tasted awful, toast burnt on one side, not cooked on other, butter was hard as rock, service and staff moral terrible

Great coffee, lovely cake and wonderful staff. Best to come early if you want food.

Dreadfully slow service considering there were 8 people working behind the till, 4 different people to make 3 drinks, 2 cakes and a toasty. Then sat down and electrocuted myself on open wiring above the sofa! A small child or elderly person could be very hurt by this. Totally neglect from Costa coffee here

Really not happy everytime I order through uber it arrives wrong and we try and call and know one answers I've wasted so much money I don't drive so using this service should be great however costa customer service no good

From the outside it's looking like a normal coffee shop but the staff and service inside is amazing. Very friendly, professional and helpful, don't remember when last time I had such a great service.

i have been using costa for a long while now and i have made few complaints about different costa branches , how ever credit when credits due , i went through a drive through on friday afternoon and Chloe served me , she made feel valued as a costa customer , she gave a free drink as it was kind of misleading on the app , not that free drink got this review as i was happy to pay for the drink but her attitude toward the customer and service and how you make the best of a bad situation got me to write this review , i do believe people like that will determine how customers will see the brand , well done Chloe and all the best in your future with costa

Disappointed as this branch only opened a few months ago. Not particularly clean, especially the toilets which are unisex. Usual expensive, bitter coffee. Still it opens ling hours which is useful, especially early mornings.

Good food, good coffee, polite and helpful staff, comfortable seating, 👌.

Another Costa that neglect to mention they are using sugar free syrups. Tell me and give me the choice. I could well be allergic to the sweetener rather than just find it tastes disgusting

To me, the coffee quality is better than Starbucks. Price is fair.

It was awful. Wrong order and when pointed out, the attendant said 'oh I will just scrape the cream off' Horrified he thought that was acceptable.

Great installation, comfortable and light space. Loses a star as not enough comfortable seating and no where to put your empty trays!

A good selection of hot and cold drinks, with choice of milk. Lots of lovely cakes to choose from! You can order from your table using an app, otherwise order at the till. Appeared clean and tidy. Service was good and friendly. Parking is in the Morrisons car park so is close by.

I'm not normally a fan of Costa coffee but and it's a big but I like this one. The staff are friendly the place in open and inviting. Most of all it's a good place to people watch 🤓👍

Lovely staff, the restaurant was incredibly clean! Only thing is that the toilet could have been cleaner. Otherwise they also had a water filling point. Would go back!
