A small cafe doing gorgeous coffee and food at lunchtime. Food menu is limited but what they do, they do well. Their drinks menu is quite extensive. The staff are happy and welcoming.

Always a great cup of coffee here. Cosy place and the staff are lovely. Lovely cakes and simple food menu but nothing more is needed. The crust/baps used are a little tough for my liking but everything is delicious. Like that they are dog friendly (with treats accessible inside) and kid friendly too.

The selection of drinks and cakes here are fantastic! It is a regular for me and it is the best coffee I have tasted. Service is fast and staff are friendly! Lovely decor and wonderful atmosphere. Plug sockets available to charge devices and there is indoor and outdoor seating!

Great coffee, and quick service. Front of house is alot smaller than it looks in photos but iced coffee's were just what we needed on a warm Sunday. We regularly visit the Stourbridge town centre but glad to know the original cup coffee is just as good.

Great coffee and great atmosphere, just need to fix the door which kept blowing open because door closer not working correctly.

Tiny sort of atmospheric little coffee shop on Hagley high street. Coffee is very good. For me: a bit twee inside, and a bit cold outside. Coffee is good.

First visit. Small cafe.. Amazing coffees and the best bacon rolls.. Staff were friendly.. Will be back..

Nipped in for a quick drink, great tasting coffee and clean simple feel inside with nice warm lighting. My partner and I were impressed. Simple done right. ☕️ Great space for a pit-stop.

I loved this cafe so much! They played a lot of Taylor Swift and its definitely my favourite cafe now. The food was amazing and I recommend the chocolate milkshake. 5 out 5 from me!!

I was there and saw the man who worked there shouting at a young boy for no reason. The boys friend had bought him a hot chocolate and they wouldn’t let him sit to drink it! Very poor customer service! Very confrontational and rude, the man later went outside to continue arguing. Totally unprofessional and not happy. Not to mention the coffee was extortionate and taste like leather🤮

Saw a guy spit in my drink was not pleased. got cctv footage of it will be suing.

My mate made me calm me here for a quick cuppa after shift and the lad workin was a right knob’ed. no manners and poor service. Don’t recommend this at all. Respect ya elders lads!

The place is nice enough but the main problem is the staff who close the shop early frequently. I started to go fairly regularly and it says they shut at 3pm on a Sunday. For a few weeks in a row I would arrive at 2pm to be told they are closing soon as it’s quiet! This is despite a paying customer (me and my family) wanting to spend some money there. It’s quite expensive also as you pay a fortune for a tiny square of cake. They really need to stop turning paying customers away and stick to the advertised open hours.

Food was fantastic from the street food vendor last week. Drinks were average given rising cost of suppliers

Quirky little place. Reasonable atmosphere with street food at weekends. However, for what it is, it is very expensive. Had two beers sand two large glasses of wine. Total bill over £34,which I think is taking the p***. Shame really but shan't be visiting there again.

The coffee is amazing, really lovely, well made, best coffee I've had for ages..., I'd made a special trip to try it out, but I guess I caught them on an off day, they were pretty rude, no smiles, no hello, didn't say thank you. I get it can be a stressful job, maybe they just had a bad day, but I just kind of felt like I wasn't welcome, it's a cool little place but maybe they didn't think I was cool enough to be there! Was going to sit in but when I saw how unhappy the staff seemed with the lady in front I decided to take out and walk round the park!

Came to the Cup Coffee on Sunday on a first date with a very handsome man. Had a lovely cup of coffee and breakfast, all good quality and friendly helpful staff.

We had the thai food to takeaway last friday.I can honestly say it was the best thai food ive tasted.Excellent job .

It's a great little cafe and a good place to meet with friends, even on Sundays.

Really lovely breakfast here- plenty of seating out the back and the staff were very accommodating of our large group even though it was busy

Great coffee. Lovely place. Small place so a little bit taken over by the working from home people with a laptop, loud phone manner, and a cup of coffee that they make last 5 hours. Other than that. Lovely!

Had the pleasure of finding this gem while staying in the area. We were struggling to find somewhere with good coffee and this hit the spot. Very friendly staff. Great set up with nice atmosphere. Really enjoyed the coffee (we came back for more) and a berry smoothie. Fridge stocked with good craft beer, and I saw four taps behind the counter. One with the delightfully easy to drink Beavertown Neck Oil. Unfortunately this was a middle of the day trip and I was driving, so I just bagged a few beers from the fridge (Verdant Pale Ale, some DIPAs and a stout.) The place was spotless and the layout cleverly thought through to maximise the form factor. Also great to see helpful touches like baby changing facilities. Would be my go to if I lived locally and hoping to be back in the area to come again.

Cool venue. Cosy in the front and a nice outdoor / garden area with cover, heaters, and plenty of cushions to get comfortable. Clean and well maintained throughout. Good range of beverages from various softs and hot drinks to craft beer, wine, and cocktails. Enjoyed the street food pop up (Cleopatra’s Kitchen on this occasion). The team were super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Will definitely be back ASAP!

Staff were very friendly and very accommodating. Stopped for a hot drink and cake but experience was lovely. Small inside but plenty of space at the table.

We love going to Cup. Their menu is very broad - you can go for a coffee or tea during the day, a milkshake or smoothie when it's hot or alcoholic drinks in the evening. Some nights they have outdoor food vendors and the vibe in their outdoor seating is cosy. They keep it well clean, they have well decorated seating. You can book in advance and they are always friendly which makes the drinks all the better. I can't think of a better coffee shop around.

Cosy cafe with outdoor seating. Food was good without being great. Service was great, all the members of team were friendly and helpful. Did feel a little expensive for what we had but overall a solid 4 star venue.

Had good cooked breakfast here, plenty of choices at reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

Drove 40 minutes away to eat at this cafe as beefontheblock were there. Wasn’t disappointed by the venue, lovely clean cafe with a great well mannered team. Would go again for sure!

Looks very small but larger than you think as there is more seating out the back. Friendly staff. Look out for special weekends when street food vendors are in residence, its thai first weekend in June 2021.

It was an absolute pleasure to eat and drink here. Great burgers from Flying Cow and the drinks were lovely. A big shout out to Scott! Best waiter ever. We will come back.

A great place, tiny to look at from the street but like a Tardis inside. Offering yummy cakes and wide choice of drinks and with different catering outlets on-site a few days at a time, it offers a wider and wider choice of meals. Book on-line to be sure of a table.

Tried to buy a burger at one of the pop up venues here last night. We had an excellent experience two weeks ago with a Thai pop up restaurant on the coffee shop carpark two weeks ago. We had tried to pre order but couldn't so went at 5.15pm. It was moderately busy and were told could be 15 to 20 minutes wait. So I went to use to loo. From there it all started to go wrong. Customer experience going South fast. The young man organising and officiating on the car park appears, stands in the very narrow corridor and starts writing on his pad with his skinny backside jutting out into the corridor. Two sets of yound women try to squeeze past. So he has no idea of social space in a COVID-19 environment. He then starts on I can't use the loo because I'm not a customer. It turns out that he came looking for me because he's already told my wife it's. 30 minute wait. I query the use of the loo, which is engaged. He is adamant that I have to sit in the restaurant to use the loo. I ask if he belongs to humanity, he looks nervous but doesn't shift his position, I tell him both my wife and I work for the NHS. He just gets more officious. I wait to see if he works out that he has nonsense let alone customer focus. He doesn't. I assure him I'll review the experience. Hygiene looked okay. No flow through the building and average COVID-19 infection prevention. Poor for disability. The young man is 5 10 in height, skinny, dressed in black with a beard, as he doesn't keep his mask on but easy to spot and in the wrong career. This isn't the only pop up restaurant site. We went to another and it was fab.

My friend and I come here a lot. Lovely drinks, tasty food and friendly staff. A really nice place for a coffee

Lovely outdoor seating area, part of which is heated and covered. Really good coffee, cake to die for, good service, very clean including bathroom, and the guest caterers with different themes on different days is a brilliant idea. I had steak chips and gravy today and it was beautiful.

Excellent food and drink - most of the staff are very friendly and welcoming, making dogs welcome all the time. However, one particular lady who works there brings a bad mood with her to work quite frankly. It is slightly unpleasant, creating a tense atmosphere. It would be a 5 but this member of staff brings it entirely down. Lucky it wasn’t a 3!

Very nice and welcoming But I don't agree with dogs especially ones that are not guide carers to be allowed in a food establishment. Staff are very friendly don't get me wrong. I love pets just not when I'm eating.

Lovely cup of coffee from this delightful coffee shop! Would definitely return! Wasn't sure what to expect when I walked past but found a nice simple coffee shop that wasn't over cluttered. Welcomed by friendly staff who took my order and made the coffee quickly. Was a great touch to come around the counter and hand it to me personally rather than leaving on the counter for me to collect! Would definitely recommend this to anyone out and about in Hagley, if you want somewhere quiet to work or have a catch-up with friends!

Absolutely adore the bacon ciabatta sandwich, can’t wait to try a tuna toastie. In love with the iced coffee, the atmosphere and the staff are phenomenal! Loving this edition to Hagley. My favourite place! ... EVER!!!
