The best restaurants in Yetminster West Dorset South West

Went to Hillside for afternoon tea with my two sisters. Absolutely delightful experience. Sat outside in the sunshine, peaceful, quiet with hostess Sue who was just lovely. All the food was delicious and homemade with refills on tea and coffee. Can't recommend Sue highly enough and will be going back again.

Excellent food and service plus entertainment. Would highly recommend going to the Chetnole. Very welcoming and friendly staff. The accommodation was also excellent with a lovely view of the church.

Can't understand why some people have criticised this place. I use this as a cycle stop and have always had a warm welcome. The food and drinks are of a very good standard.

Happened to go in for dinner after hearing from a friend that it had reopened and definitely wasn't disappointed,the food was beautiful and i enjoyed it thoroughly as was the atmosphere which i always look for when dining somewhere.You can tell that alot of love and care has definitely been put into this place after it was closed for so long and it was definitely worth the wait will definitely be returning for both food or just a drink by their gorgeous log fires.I would just like to end on the service by the servers was impeccable I hope to be returning for many years to come.definitely recommend 😊 thank you for the best date out I've had in a while.

Love this pub, great old pub feel with grae selection of Ales. Would recommend the faggots they are great.
