The best restaurants in Weston-super-Mare Central North Somerset South West

We arrived in the morning Senior citizen's trip. We were member of conservative club locally. My husband and I went there about early lunch, pressed to request could we enter no problem, we could have signed visitors book.The person there then very polite. Late before going back to our collection point we decided to return. we done this same thing but this time a man answered . Asked we were members explained on a visit and where from and we did not have docs on us but before we could say could we sign as visitors the conversation went not member's cannot be allowed in and put the intercom down. HOW RUDE. Would I return no and would I recommend no not if that person can not use some manners .

Terrible service, poor quality, not as described. Cannot return ......... Communication terrible! Avoid!

Almuerzo con los nietos. Sistema extraño, supone que es auto-servicio, pero tendrá que pedir comida en una barra, bebidas en otro mostrador y pagar en otro, y luego ir y sentarse. Un montón de pedidos pero no salió nuestra, eventualmente después de pedir nuestro venía, parece que nos olvidamos. La comida estaba bien, pero es caro. El té se sirve en jarras mal marcados. No es recomendable.

Fabulous vegan sausage and chips would give it 10 stars if I could, followed by an almond iced latte which was beautiful 😋 super polite and friendly young staff , we will be back

Love their pizza, but waiting well over an hour after multiple times ordering from here. currently still waiting for my pizza after 2 hours!! Says 20-40 mins on Deliveroo. Absolute joke!

Left over chips from the day before, recooked . Served by adolescent dirty looking staff. Staff were cleaning a dismantled hotplate in the middle of the cafe , while guests were eating. Dirty dated looking place . Surprised we never had food poisoning. AVOID this Disgusting place .

Ordered Medium Pizza, requested near or no edging crust, but ended up with a 1.5 inch crust. Not happy as the shift manager said it is what it is and made it to the company standard! So, in my opinion you're really getting a small pizza when you order a medium?

Was quoted 10- 15 minutes for 2 coffees which seemed odd as it wasn’t that busy. Waited 30 minutes in total.

We came here for tea, made our order and sat down with our cups of tea etc. Then we were shocked to notice that the loo had a notice saying "Toilet Closed"! How inconvenient to have no conveniences! I thought this was a legal requirement where food was being served? I had to leave my tea with my daughter and rush to the Sovereign Centre toilets. By the time I got back to Gregg's, my tea was cold! Terrible service! Never again!
