It’s a very nice shop, lots of healthy products, authentic Portuguese ingredients for an amazing dish. Worth to go there!

I've been going to this take away for over 12 years, they are one of the best I've ever tried. Always polite,friendly and fast too. Food has always been great. Sue even remembers your name and sometimes even your regular order.Ive moved further away now but if I'm in the area and fancy a great take away I'll pop in. Try it you won't be disappointed. I've added it to trip advisor as couldn't believe it wasn't on here already. A real gem, amoungst the rough.

Great country pub, staff were excellent and the food was amazing, big portions. Great atmosphere, dogs welcome. Would highly recommend this pub.

A nice atmosphere inside with fantastically prepared Jamaican food at affordable prices. It's well worth trying.

Walking past the narrow boat, we decided it was time for an ice cream. This seemed a quirky choice and tickled our fancy. Initially we were aiming for a cone as a take-away but it was quiet on the boat and the host friendly. Therefore we sat and enjoyed an excellent ice cream on board. The flavours were limited to strawberry, vanilla and chocolate but the ice cream was delicious. We chatted at length to the on duty staff member who was delightful. We had already had lunch but the menu looked appetizing and the coffee smelt excellent.

Better than KFC in everyway, better price, better taste, friendlier staff

Placed a Uber eats order that was cancelled before delivery. Called to ask what happened to order and was told it was with the driver and guy hung up. Called back to try and sort issue and was hung up on again. Extremely bad customer service and will be telling friends not to order or eat from here in future as my family will not be! Rubbish service!

Absolutely fantastic!!!! We had a huge delivery to our workplace today for 80 plus people and Mama didn’t disappoint. The food was sooooo good!! Hot fresh true Jamaican style food, if I could give more than five stars, I would handsdown the best Jamaican in Gloucestershire.

We have been using this takeaway since early 80 s tried other Indian takeaways sorry no a patch on this takeaway we've lost the best Chinese takeaway in Gloucester I really hope we don't lose this takeaway cos I think if we do I'm maybe going to have to stop having takeaways cos nothing compares to city Indian and parkend Chinese

Goodness me! What an amazing meal. So fresh, tasty and great value. It's a bit tucked away but well worth searching it out and making the journey.
