Placed a Uber eats order that was cancelled before delivery. Called to ask what happened to order and was told it was with the driver and guy hung up. Called back to try and sort issue and was hung up on again. Extremely bad customer service and will be telling friends not to order or eat from here in future as my family will not be! Rubbish service!

We went out for dinner on sunday. It was me, my husband and my daughter. Went there around 9:30. We were looking for halal food place and it was 1 hour drive from the place where we were staying for few days, the food was really very good, it was so fresh, hot and delicious that I was craving for more but obviously that filled me up. Alhumdulil’lah. Really great experience. We ordered King Zinger burger meal and it was soOooOoooo good. The people living close to this place must be so lucky to have Ranzoas nearby. Please open your branch in Luton as well with same taste and quality 😍 I’ll be looking forward to it.

Stayed in Malmesbury for a few nights and decided to go out and eat one day, unfortunately their were hardly any halal options in the area until Ranzoaz popped up thanks to Google 😊 1 hour drive but was definitely worth it. The food was so tasty, hot and freshly cooked! We went for the Zinger burger meal, absolutely amazing! The guys at the counter were extremely friendly and warm. One guy was Arif I can't remember the other guys name he was a young and skinny guy very friendly also, a must try if you are staying in the area and looking for halal food, these guys will not let you down.

Ordered on Uber eats but the burgers tasted good and they had good quality meat which is hard to find in other restaurants nowadays . The cheat day burger is amazing. Keep it up

Was in Gloucester and needed some good halal food so I found Ranzoaz which also had free parking. Great service and price with generous portions. The man serving was very nice and polite. I don’t usually write reviews but the service, food and prices were top notch so it’s well deserved. I had the cheesy Philly beef steak and now I’m craving it again! I’d recommend adding more steak if that is an option but there’s already plenty in there. Will be back next time I’m in or around Gloucester :)

Absolutely incredible burgers. We’re staying in Bridstow where there aren’t many halal options, a quick Google search directed us to Ranzoaz. The 35 minute drive was so worth it, I had the Blaize Burger with Mac and Cheese Bites and my husband ordered the Extended Zinger with fries (sorry about the photo, not my best but I wasn’t in a patient mood 😅) - everything was 10/10. Service was wonderful too, we didn’t intend to dine in but the food looked too good to wait for the drive back. Staff were really considerate and brought out a fan to keep us cool. Gloucester’s hidden gem, we will definitely be back iA.

Had read a lot of good reviews, and was not disappointed. Firstly, to clarify, they don't sell pork, contrary to one of the images posted here. Also note, the premises are behind the building shown on here. Finally, they have a FIVE STAR Food Hygiene Rating. Amazing. 👍👏 Ordered a beef Philly, with peri fries and onion rings. Philly was amazing, loaded with cheese and jalapenos, really flavoursome but just a little bit salty for me. Prices were reasonable too (approx £12). Owner, Arif, was really friendly, a real genuine salt of the earth chap. Plenty of parking available, and nice little eat-in table area available too. Highly recommended and will be going again.

Just ordered today again. Fair play man, all food was really good. Burgers, wings, sides. The lot. My only suggestion would be to used the brioche bun you use on the og burger for the zinger too. Very well done. Recommended!

Had a pleasant experience here. The Hulk smasher burger was good and was enjoyable, although the meat in the meat and great box could have been better - the pieces were very chewy, tad overcooked I guess. The filet fish burger could've been better too. 5/5 for their extremely friendly service.

Ordered food. And told 40-55 minute wait (for delivery included in the time), the driver had been waiting at the restaurant for 40 minutes, and they keep advising 3/4 more minutes. Called the restaurant and asked what the delay was for him to tell me ‘just wait 10 minutes’ and hung up on me. Shame as food is lovely from here. But there service is just rude and takes 2 hours for them to cook two burgers.

We ordered one chicken and one beef burger. I did like the chicken burger, the beef burger was not great. It may have been overcooked. You can validate your parking which is good, however there is very limited seating- and not very pleasant on a hot day as it gets very warm inside.

The only burger better than here would be Saddar, Rawalpindi. Amazing taste and super clean! Very polite staff as well.

Dined in. The burger (hulk smash) was excellent. Juicy and good flavours. The OG burger and kids options very good too. The chicken wings however were dry like week old toast. I guess most people don't dine in, but the ambience needs to be improved badly. Get those telly's on and have some background music guys! This place has a lot of potential - I imagine a chain of them would be possible with better service and slight tweaks in food. Good luck!

Absolutely amazing and delicious food

One of the best zinger burger and beef burger in the UK with price they offered. It was better than KFC zinger tower burger to me. Peri chips were absolutely spot on - not so crispy but soft inside. Presentation wise top class. Service was such a kind to remember. We had an amazing time out there. Enjoyed the food … simply delicious. Definitely recommend others to make an effort to try this restaurant. Well done guys.😘

Had Rancher’s last night and regret why I did not have it before. Tasty, authentic burgers that takes you back home. Humble and very helping owner. Will be coming back here. Would be great to put a direction sign as I attempted to find it before but could not.

This was an amazing find during our one day stay in Gloucester. One of the best Buffalo wings I tasted after coming to the UK.

Loved the burgers. It's my brother's favourite burger and he comes down from Portsmouth and goes straight there to grab a 'Rancheroo' as he calls it. Food is always delicious, would definitely recommend! Ps I do worry for his cardiac system, long live the NHS

Very odd experience, jalapeño bites were really dry, and the burger didn't have any of the salad mentioned on the menu (vital part of the burger for me) and it tasted odd, a bit bitter and an awful after taste. Everything I've seen about this place looks good so im not sure what went wrong. It was a delivery so maybe it had all been under a heat lamp or something. I will try again on a day when I'm less hungry so it's not so disappointing.

Food was delicious and the owner was very nice.

Food is really good, chicken is always soft and tender, and the beef options taste really nice too. Personally I would prefer shredded beef instead of mince but that's preference. Main reason why I have dropped a star is because they have missed things from my order twice. They have replaced the missing items and even given a few freebies for the mistakes, but please be aware to check your order and make sure it's correct and nothing is missing.

Great food - cost,quality , quantity , packing and presentation all top notch marks and worth every penny spent. Highly recommended especially the popular items - good French fries crunchy outside soft inside the peri peri powder to top it was great , the 2oz triple burger was scrumptious, the zinger burger was better than kfc and the hot and sour wings were wonderful and tasty. Big thumbs up 👍 for this place - did a takeaway by the way.

Very very slow service. Almost an hours wait to get the food. We’re told 15 minutes at time of ordering.

So I ordered a beef philly cheese roll, a zinger burger? Some buffalo wings and a portion of fries. Firstly can I just say the gentleman who served me, middle aged man with a beard, was extremely polite and well-mannered. He was super friendly and helpful too. Secondly, the wings 10/10, the fries... well they're just fries... the beef philly cheese roll was alright. I expected the beef to be steak... but it wasn't. Maybe get the chicken philly cheese roll. Myt be better. Overall 4/5. Will be going here again.

This place is definitely worthy of 5 stars. The food cannot be faulted especially the zinger burger range. One of the best out there and this hands down beats most burger places in Birmingham. The customer service is fantastic and food is freshly prepared using their own special recipes. Will definitely eat from here again in the future if ever in the area. We wanted to try the hot nashville however unfortunately this wasn't available when we visited.

Nice fresh food at a genuine HMC food outlet, the owner seems to be running the place alone and does a good job, great hygiene levels with hair nets being used which is rare to find these days. Great customer service, the prices are a little high however you don't mind paying when food is freshly prepared by an honest man making an honest living. Ordered the Hulk smash, meat and greet chicken box and the kids meal.

Best burger I've ever had in my life.

What a disappointment.. what a disappointment.. so expensive and on top the order was all messed up and the waiting time is no less than 40 minutes.. there seemed to be a chaos at Ranchers Original. And on top my order was completely messed up. It was a take away, so when I reached home, I found that they didn't give me the correct order. I tried calling them up a few times but nobody picks the call. Well we won't be going their again.

Not bad, but small portions for the price. Worth one visit.

I am writing this review while I was sitting inside the restaurant for 45 minutes and I am the only costumer here. They just kept doing delivery orders and ignoring me. I have never had a costumer service like this while all drove all the way from another city.

Food is amazing, great size and good partitions. 100% recommend this place, only bad thing i can say is wait times can be a while however well worth it 👌

Being stingy with giving out extra sauce is the mark of a bad restaurant. The burgers are mediocre and the service is slow. You could get the same thing at Pablo's with much better quality.

This place isn't the easiest to find but it is a gem. The burgers we had were fantastic and made with love. Limited seating is available as most of their business is delivery. The man making the burgers is awesome. Once he found we were from out of town he was giving us free drinks. Really great guy.

We came today from Coventry and we ordered 4 different meals, all the meals were very full of flavours, the guy who took our order offered us complimentary fries for kids thank you so much for your hospitality and the brother who works on the grill is really hardworking.jzk Khair.

Shockingly long wait time for the food, ordered on ubereats at 21:00, we didn't receive the order until 23:10, we are only 10 minutes from the restaurant. Poor effort. Though the food was tasty.

Ordered through Just-Eat. The bill for 1 Philly cheeseteak, 1 burger, 1 nachos, chicken nuggets, 2x chips and onion rings came to £40 as a service charge was placed as well as delivery. The 2 portions of chips and 1 onion rings were rather small and only just cooked as all were pale in colour. I did hope to have a Philly cheeseteak sandwich that was actually made with steak slices, as the name of the famous sandwich suggests. Instead I got a standard bread roll with beef mince cheese sauce and a few jalapenos. The nachos were simply a few handfuls chucked in a box with burger cheese lay on top and again a few jalapenos. Overall, rather disappointing considering the £40 spent. It's a shame because a place that calls itself Ranchers and has a menu that actually reads as if they know how to cook American style fast food well, should be able to produce it to that standard. I hope they get better over time, but I won't be returning any time soon.
