Everything was top notch, the pickles were cut thicker than other places which made it so much better. The only downside was that the burger dripped so much grease which I hope got fixed.

Bang average nothing special. Chips were limp, chicken wings were boarder line cooked and burger was average nothing special.

Heard big things about this place and being a foodie I had to give it a try. Well what an absolute disappointment, on arrival the staff were very friendly, good vibes in the store but the floor was like walking on oil, it was soo greasy needed a good hot mop... We ordered our food and had it to go. The loaded fries with the chicken and gravy was disgusting, honestly the chips were fairly cooked and then cakes in gravy that was congealing and it tasted awful, next was the buffalo chicken strips with blue cheese, well I'm sorry but this was inedible, it tasted so fake, we literally couldn't eat it. The burgers we had were ok but nothing special no standout flavour to it and the turkey slices were dry and tasted fake. We were absolutely shocked as this place has so many good reviews, I don't know if this was just a one off or not but we won't be going back again and if we hadn't of took our food away to eat I would have gone back and asked for a refund. The staff were nice but food and cleanliness of the shop was awful.

Incredible place. the burgers are delicious, hot and just delicious. If you ever go there, I really recommend the American boi and the "death by chocolate" milkshake. I cannot describe how amazing the burger and shake were, but the milkshake is not called death by chocolate for nothing. Overall 5 stars for everything. (Btw the music can be a bit loud)

Expensive for what they offer. Fries are cheap frozen ones that are available from bargain stores and quality of produce is generally not great for example jalapenos in burgers are completely tasteless. Not much flavours. No nice seating area and not a good ambience. Positive point is ample parking space and average customer service. Overall, disappointed experience.

Never been here before, took a while to cook the food but when it came out was so packed with crunch and flavour was so good. Sweet potato fries were sweet and crispy, mac and cheese was creamy and the loaded fries were cheeky in spice but delicious, def coming back

Best burgers in Gloucestershire hands down! Definitely recommend! And their milkshakes are 10/10. Also staff are very kind and friendly 😊 Good place to eat in or takeaway Will definitely return more often

Had some really good food here but just had a disgusting order.. burger was good but the chips were crap, hot but hard and stale, and the chicken wings tasted vile, smelt like wet dog and had me spitting in the sink for 5 minutes after eating half of 1

Did not like my American Boi burger, there wasn’t any special taste, it felt like a plain burger.

Burgers are my absolute favourite food! It's not often you find the perfect burger but Burger Boi has it. The quality of food is absolutely superb and the staff are great. Absolutely 5 🌟

The Cali Stack (smash patty and fried chicken bbq sauce etc) is quite honestly one of the best burgers around, they had it off menu for a while but I’m so glad to see it back. We stopped coming for a while as the last few experiences (over 6 months ago) were nothing special but we tried it again this week and it was SO good, thanks burger boi! Keep it up.

A fresh take on dirty burgers, big fan of the 'Hot Mess' loaded fries and the succulent Cauliflower with a choice of sauce. Been back time after time and always impressed by the attentive staff... it's a real shame that they are forbidden from receiving tips 👎

First visit, very friendly girl behind the counter, suggested the lunch deal , so good value meal . I had beef ,my buddy had chicken, both good burgers. The fries were very spicy, so I couldn't eat them but my buddy enjoyed his. Will visit again, but I'll ask for my fries plain.

Waited for over 35 Minutes for Food, Got home to find it was all very cold 😢.. Very expensive and the taste wasn't great at all. VERY DISAPPOINTED.! Will not be going back or recommending to anyone.

Nipped in for some food a was not disappointed. Food is propa fresh , don't wait to long either . Plenty option to chose from . Very disappointed and i will not be coming back again. I come here often, an easy 30-40£ a time. Atleast once a week. The chips are raw mushy and soggy, totally uncooked. the chicken is bone dry and impossible to eat without a drink. 🤢 I've taken pictures on how bad it was but unfortunately won't let me tag photos with this post. Do do not recommend

Terrible Mac and cheese. Don't be fooled it is watery over cooked tasteless packet food!! Don't waste your money. No taste to the beef most whatsoever unenjoyable burger I have had for the price! Only good bit was the chicken on top of themac and cheese

Lovely food. We had a a calli stack which was very nice chicken was moist and the beef had lots of flavour. Also had a American boi but with one Pattie as requested for my 8 year old who's fussy but she smashed it. Friendly staff Clean welcoming store

Been a few times now. Food always hot, cooked fresh and absolutely fantastic burgers all handmade none of the freezer burgers you get. Beefy topped fries is my new favourite. Reasonable priced. Staff always friendly and good to see the same faces behind the counter. Always a must when travelling through glos. My weekly treat after long day in car. Easy parking too.

Went to burger boi with some friends for lunch and got the loaded fries as suggested by our helpful waitress Kayla which I was delighted with! Good food and fab atmosphere, would definitely recommend!

This place is overpriced for what you get! The chicken is moist but really doesn’t have any flavour, you pay six pounds for a milkshake that arrives melted. £50+ for a meal for 2 is expected for good quality food, but not for a boring burger that has half a piece of lettuce and hardly any sauce , and a really small portion of soggy chips. The mac and cheese tastes microwaved and it’s covered in watery bbq sauce that completely overtakes the cheese, might as well just be bbq pasta. Really disappointing, I will be learning from this expensive mistake. Struggled to finish the food as we felt so frustrated.

Don’t have Burger Boi often so decided to eat in and get a fair bit, and so glad we did. The burgers were absolutely amazing (as always) and the churros were so warm!
