Crackin authentic mexican food. Paloma tequila cocktails just amazing. Great owners and staff. Friendly and attentive. Fresh ingredients and amazing home chipotle salsa and salsa verde.
We'll be back as Arnie says! 😀
This is an amazing place for breakfast on the beach. The quality of the coffee and the bagels is so good. We came for a weekend last year and were so impressed, we couldn't wait to return again this year.
This place was recommended so one evening popped in for some treats for them. Selection was large and varied.
Sadly we found it very expensive, and judging by other customers orders in front of us,didnt seem good value for money, however we decided to give it a go
One of the assistants seemed really moody and hardly cracked a smile, and made us feel like she would rather be elsewhere.
One thing that did put me off was the smell of old chip fat, which was apparently the mini doughnuts cooking, but why did it smell really 'chippy-ish'?
The milkshakes were pleasant but overpriced, but the biggest disappointment was the so called whippy ice cream.. For £5 id expect a decent amount but all we really got was a dollop, hardly any 'twirls' and a tiny amount of biscoff crumbs. We spent over £25 altogether which was too much for what we got, sorry
Maybe put your staff thru customer service courses and teach them to smile and make customers feel like valued, not uncomfortable ?
Fantastic place for a drink, so much choice, from a beer to a cocktail to a selection of Whiskys, there's something for everyone.
Lovely ambience and skilled staff.
Went here on a Sunday Lunchtime to meet with friends. Our table on arrival was ok and table space was ok too. The problem started when I received an overcooked Toasted Salt Beef Sandwich. I didn’t complain as we where with friends and didn’t want to spoil the meeting. There food was ok but nothing special. Thete Lasagne had far to much cheese on top. Also my coffee could have been warmer. Probably won’t go back.
Came here for the first of hopefully many comedy nights, amazing atmosphere, lovely venue (even though it's currently undergoing renovations) and lovely friendly staff. Would highly recommend checking the place out if you're about in Worthing!
I was treated to a lovely birthday afternoon tea by my children. We had a lovely window table in the beautiful dining room and greeted by the friendly owners who obviously care about their customers. The food was delicious, all freshly prepared with good ingredients and beautifully presented. Faultless!
Ordered some sweet treats from here recently-the biscoff slice and rocky road. The sugar high was worth it! The most incredible biscoff slice imaginable - reminded me of a twix but better! Got a litre bottle of the vegan mayo for a decent price too (£3.95) which tasted great.
I work in the town and have tried visiting the pantry on a number of occasions but it's never open even though the website says it is-is there a way of knowing this as I'd love to be able to just pop by!?
So we visited several places to hold my wife's 70th birthday, but she fell in love with Bar Orange straightaway. There is an open front area ideal for dancing an area behind for eating and chatting adjacent to the bar and a rear section with a snooker table that be covered over for food. There is also a rear enclosed outside section, which I believe is heated.
I went to a 40th before ours with the dj we used, and we visited again as an 18th was being prepared and decided the way they had the tables was just right for us too.
So we were getting on for 70 people. Several people had volunteered food, but despite my wife thinking we might not have enough, it turned out to be way too much.
A terrific night was had by all. A friend said,'Where did you find this place? It's great!'
I ought to thank the staff who were so helpful and flexible. Thank you, Bar Orange. My wife was one happy lady!!
We came here for a late brunch and were served by the lovely Italian lady owner who was helped us make up our mind. We plumped for pancakes with syrup and bacon and they were delicious. Washed down with great coffee and refreshing fresh orange juice we left feeling full and happy. The offer of mini carrot cakes was very tempting but we were well fed! I'm glad we found this little gem. It's only a shame it was our last day as I would definitely go back for seconds.
As I work a few doors down from Le Deli I am lucky enough to often have an excuse to go and visit. From breakfast baps to hard to find international foods and everything in between, Le Deli never fails to please. If you haven't been yet I would suggest you do soon as especially at Christmas, Le Deli has some really amazing produce. Rafika and her staff and really lovely and know everything about what they sell. Do yourself a favour and check out this gem on South Farm Road.
