Wow...where do I start. My husband booked afternoon tea for us to celebrate our anniversary today. What a fabulous and unique experience..from the moment we arrived until we left four hours later we were treated superbly. Nothing was too much trouble from the wonderful team who greeted us warmly on arrival. Special thanks must go to Ashlee for her beautiful tea and although busy took time to explain everything in detail to us..such an interesting lady that I could have sat and chatted to for hours. Likewise Alex was so lovely, they have created a very special welcoming resturant, that has a magical feel to it..we came away feeling beautifully relaxed..just a wonderful afternoon. Would highly recommend

This amazing place was found by accident and we pre booked for a Saturday afternoon tea for 8 of us. From the moment we arrived we were treated so well. The venue is stunning and the service so personal. The furnishings are so decadent and with the classical music playing we felt like we were in an episode of Bridgerton. The afternoon tea is very luxurious and for a personal touch the chef explains all items delivered. Cocktails were lovely as well as the different selection of teas. We had an amazing time and felt really special when we left. What a beautiful experience. Thankyou from all of us

Excellent. One of the most interesting and satisfying experiences of my long and varied life. The food was beautifully presented, tasted wonderful and made me promise myself I would return. The restaurant is set in either private gardens with shady areas for meals or afternoon tea, or in a large Victorian house, decorated and dressed with unusual and intriguing ornaments, rugs and mirrors. The owners worked hard to make this a unique and unforgettable afternoon. Thank you.

The ambience created by the attention to detail to each person's dietary needs, through such tasty and beautifully presented cakes and pastries, certainly means that this was the best afternoon tea I have ever tasted an enjoyed. We all went home so full, real value for money. The floral displays were so pretty & the atmosphere was so relaxing as John exquisitely played the Baby Grand Piano as we chatted and even sang along at times. You must try this restaurant, that we have nicknamed Worthing's best kept secret. Oh and the history of this 16th century house is wonderful.

We booked ahead as we knew it could get busy. We had a Thursday early evening for a few birthday drinks. The service was great, the barman was knowledgeable about the whiskeys and made suitable suggestions. The place is a lovely quirky little place, like a combination between a bookshop and a front room. The drinks were great and the atmosphere was also great. Highly recommended.

Delivery was 40mins after original stated time. Food was dry, overcooked and even my dog refused the inedible sausage! Never again. :(

We discovered this little gem whilst working in the area for a short time. It's a cosy and welcoming atmosphere with well thought of features for visitors to the town. There are lots of food options from your expected cafe menu through to the owners Turkish traditional dishes. The drink menu is endless to and it is very accommodating to both vegans and vegetarians. I'm really glad we found Sourdough, and the owner is so welcoming and kind. Hope to visit again soon x

Great brunch, we had a mixture of Bungaroosh breakfast, full english, and spinach and eggs. In the words of my mother "the best breakfast I've ever had"
