The best restaurants in Park Windsor and Maidenhead South East

What should have been a lovely afternoon, was actually a real let down. We'd booked a table for 2pm for Mothers Day. We ordered 3 Sunday roasts and an Angus burger with cheese and bacon etc. At 2.50pm we asked if the food was on its way, they apologised and said it would be there soon. It arrived at 3pm but with bangers & mash instead of the burger. Another apology and at 3.15pm the burger turned out. Possiblity the worst looking burger we'd ever seen. Burger patty and bun - no cheese, no bacon, definitely not an Angus. It looked like something from a fairground van. In hindsight I think they'd given us the kids burger - no idea why, as we ordered the Angus and my son is well over 6ft!! They didn't charge us for the burger and the gammon roast was okay apparently. Lacking in veg unfortunately but it was all eaten. It's a real shame as the sun was out, we were in a great mood but we were left hungry for too long and the whole experience wore us down. We won't be coming back unfortunately.

Waited an hour for 3 main meals only having been assured of a 15 minute food waiting time. Food arrived and was incorrect. Side orders arrived cold to the touch and main meals luke warm. My 6 year old is T1 diabetic and food was so late it’s not ok. She also missed the disco waiting an hour for a simple meal which turned up without the contents promised on the menu. Staff were nice enough but poorly trained to deal with such bad service. Dreading breakfast this morning. Given my little one’s diabetes I would never come back again and feel the need to take it further as once you’re here and waiting an hour there is nowhere else to get food (even skybar shut by time we were waiting) so zero accommodation for anyone with such a condition. Shocking.

We went for lunch. A good selection of drinks and food for the whole family. The only negative, the staff wasn't very welcoming. For some reason it felt like a bad place to be a staff. But other than that, the location was good, food excellent and drinks very excellent too. Would love to come back and hope the staff are happier and friendlier the next time :)

Buffet is perfect and loved the self service however the communication and service given from Calym was amazing, he kept us talking and continuously cleaning our plates when we finished. Super hard working chap. The food itself was decent for a buffet and a lot of selection for not only us adults but the kids too, would definitely come back, thank you again for the brilliant time at the restaurant and resort overall.

Cant complain. Quick stop with the family. Everyone smashed it and carried on with the park. No issues.

Expensive but the gush and chips wasn’t terrible compared to other options in the theme park

Demasiado pequeño para los números del parque, mesas sucias llenas de basura. Largas colas, incluso más largas para finalmente obtener el pedido, muchos errores con los pedidos. Realmente caro y calidad / elección básica. Muy decepcionante.
