The best restaurants in Wealden South East

Cannot recommend this McDonalds. The ony available tables were filthy, and we had to find a member of staff to clean them, which doesnt seem to be part of their routine. We ordered food, which took 13 minutes to arrive, so hardly fast food. When we finished the 2 rubbish bins were totally full and overflowing, and were only emptied when someone else asked. Out of courtesy I told the manager of our concerns: she couldnt have been less interested.

Just had a bit to eat and was shocked to see a bacon sandwich was £7-99 (really)anda light breakfast £6-99 please explain how this is possible, its a blooming garden center not Ramseys

Order food for delivery it took an hour and 45 to come and was cold and dry. I will not be ordering again from this papa John’s

Enjoyed my gluten free sandwich which is served with fries, coleslaw and bit of salad. Unfortunately coleslaw was poor / as you will see in the photo. Good cakes - chocolate vegan one was tasty. Coffee was good. It’s not cheap though. Outside seating comes with blankets and the new little undercover small seating area is a good addition. Just could still overall be a bit better . Not on the same level as the restaurant at Blackbrooks Sedlescombe which is part of the same group.

Every time I come here they always miss the caramel syrup although I pay for it good way to make a profit I guess and as always as I’m already driving I can’t be bothered to drive back I can’t make it clear enough when ordering plus the give my order back to me so they do know what I ask for

The menu board offers items that are not available, I wouldn't mide if this was a one off but multiple times I have tried to obtain some of these menu items only to be told we don't do that. Many friends and family are not meat eaters but would be happy to get a meal in the event that KFC offered something for these people. On this occasion it was a very large family meal I tried to place but upon being told there are no veggie options took my business elsewhere. MC D's

We ordered a take away from Bombay Grill and they took our payment online but turned out they had not been open for days. Still trying to get the money back 3 weeks on
