The best restaurants in Sunningwell and Wootton Vale of White Horse South East

The decking outside is really great. The menu has a nice selection and the food is good. It's a place we go regularly. Also able to cater for large groups.

Absolutely outstanding service. Lovely Lovely lady looking after us all. Food was amazing, 3 of us had the pork belly and the amazing salad. Best pork belly we have ever tasted. We come from Norwich to visit family so a definite return for us. Hopefully a Sunday roast.

Fantastic. Been for meals 3 times in 2 weeks. Great pub, great food, great selection of drinks and the staff are brilliant. If you had a negative experience in the past I urge you to try again. Matt the new manager is one of the best restaurant managers out there, he always greets you with a smile and provides excellent, attentive service. We went as a family on my birthday for the third meal and again was greeted by Matt and shown to our table... And it was his day off. We had the haddock, picana steak, coq au van and the lamb shank and all were phenomenal, we've also had Sunday roasts which are also great. The whole experience is great and alot is down to his management (as it was at the previous restaurant he worked at) he's an asset to the restaurant business and I can thoroughly recommend the fox inn at boars hill to accommodate for all tastes. 5*

Best chips for a long time today from Leo's. Golden brown not dark brown. Cod in batter was great, as it usually is

Dos de nosotros teníamos La hamburguesa de pollo fue para la hamburguesa de ternera todas las comidas servidas rápidamente y agradable y caliente por el personal amable. Las mejores hamburguesas que he probado. Definitivamente volveremos con más miembros de la familia. Muy recomendable no te decepcionará 5 estrellas

Roast dinner was not very hot . Roast potatoes were a bit tough as if they had been Microwaved . So felt if was not freshly made .

Lovely pub But arrived at 14:53, the pub shuts at 15:00 wanted a quick drink outside (prepared to take away) but doors all locked up. Disappointing

Great service, quick turn around with the food, the food was excellent, I had the sirlion steak, £15 plus £8 for double, wouldnt get better in a top resteraunt, lasagner top line, vegetarian chilli con carni, really nice, only problem, no keg bitter on tap, like John Smiths or similar, so lager 😁 bit a great friendly venue, and very friendly manager,
