Por favor apoye este increíble negocio local. Me encanta una buena pizza y estas son las mejores que he probado. El personal es encantador también y siempre están encantados de personalizar ligeramente mi pizza debido a los requisitos dietéticos. Gran lugar, inténtalo.

My parents have told me what a fantastic pub this is for food, so I had high expectations. Let me say, I wasn't disappointed in the slightest. 10/10. I was lucky enough to have just had nearly 2 weeks at Sandals in Jamaica where the food was top notch. This meal followed on wonderfully. Staff were friendly, accommodating, food arrived in good time, didn't feel rushed at all to eat it and very good portion sized (I actually had to leave some (which was disappointing) Never mentioned toilets in any my reviews before, but feel I needed to mention how spotless (& odourless, you know what I mean) the men's room was and how nice it was to have a powerful hand drier instead of the usual out of puff ones in a lot of other pubs. Need to add, what excellent value it was too. There were four of us, two had 3 courses each, other two were too full for dessert, 2 large cokes, a bottle of wine, 2 Irish coffees and a wonderfully concocted cappuccino (their coffee machine had just failed) and came in at £42 a head. Impressed!! Thank you, Mum and Dad for booking and coming with us.

Visited today and found the whole experience pretty bad. There were issues at first with ordering - the slush puppy machine was broken, they were out of ham and when asking for a receipt at first the receipt roll didn't work. To be fair, the lady who served us was very pleasant and apologetic as were all the waiting staff. Anyway, we were told our food would be 30 minute wait, which we were ok with. 50 minutes went by and no food. I asked a waitress if they could give some sort of indication on how much longer the food will be, the lady said they would check. 10 minutes went past and the waitress didn't come back. We had now been waiting over an hour with no indication with how long the food would be. We ended up getting the food 1hr 10 mins after we ordered it. My daughter had the kids cheeseburger. This was inedible, it was overcooked and tasted gross, none of this got eaten. We saw another woman got a refund for the same burger but at this point there was a huge queue at the bar and we didn't want to wait any longer. My club sandwich was £10.95, it didn't look great and certainly didn't seem value for money (see photo), to be fair it tasted nice. My dad had the scampi which was £13.95. He said it tasted nice but the portion of scampi seemed very small for the amount he got. All in all, a very bad experience was had. Its a shame because the crazy golf was so good.

The Valentine's Day Meal was very pleasant, with adequate choices and the welcome Cocktail was a nice touch. I think there could be improved parking for disabled patrons, as it is very difficult to park with a wheelchair. If you use the disabled parking in the big car park it is a long uneven journey for a wheelchair user. All the courses we had were delicious. Some of the waiting staff need to learn to ask if you want anything further, once they have served you. Georgie was a very good Access Host. We haven't been hear for a while but will certainly return in the summer.

I've been coming to Leeds castle for years and during that time the food offering has deteriorated with every re-organisation. I think we've hit an all time low. It's a busy Saturday- hardly any staff, dismal food choice, coffee in paper cups and frozen cake and scones hardly defrosted. The staff are working super hard ( especially the poor sole in the bar area who seems to running everything single handed) but the whole catering provision is just ...wrong. Come on Leeds Castle you can do better than this and you need to.

Staying at the hotel - have eaten lunch and dinner there. The menu is all easy griddle, microwave or fried food. Which is a real surprise considering How long it took to prepare! The burger also arrived and missed the flavours / sauces in the description and to add insult to injury the condiments were all sachet. The bar was SLOWER than an unmanned bar, and no table service if your in easy chairs. So you have to 'claim' your space with a jumper before a TWENTY minute wait at the bar to be served. Even then they were sold out of a number of lines. If mobility is an issue be aware there are steps from the entrance to the restaurant - there is a chair lift, but still. On the plus side, it make me resolved to try alternatives nearby and I found some great places.

I met a friend here for lunch as it's a halfway point for us, and we were very pleasantly surprised at how good it was. The food was hot and freshly cooked, and in spite of every table being occupied - I would imagine because of the 50% off mains offer - service was friendly, and I would go so far as to say the waiter (sorry I didn't notice his name) went above and beyond to be accommodating and looked after us beautifully. We will definitely be coming back, and the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I was so cold that I had to wrap my legs in my coat. As a listed building they can't put in double glazing but it was seriously cold in our corner. A table by one of the fires would have been ideal, but they had already been booked when I made my reservation. A lovely unhurried, relaxed lunch with excellent food and excellent service! Thank you.
