The best restaurants in Ash South and Tongham Guildford South East

I was very impressed with the food from here, highly recommended. The fish and chips were cooked freshly to order, and both were cooked just right. Nice crunchy batter on the fish with fresh, tender cod inside. The chips were nice and thick cut and had a crispy outside with soft potato inside. Even after a 15 minute drive home they hadn’t gone soggy like they tend to from some other places. Cod, small chips and mushy peas cost £11.80 which is more than most charge local places for the same meal, but the quality of food was worth the price and the portion sizes were generous.

Been using for a long time but not anymore. Rude man on phone and at desk and missing food from the order this is not ideal when spending good money

Food was good. Staff were welcoming. A bit noisy, but no fuss about that

Turn up at 2115. Say it shuts at 2130. Door locked, lights on. As I pull away after double checking closing time. Which is still before 2130. Staff appear to start their clear up. I'd give zero stars if possible.

Food was cold. Sausage was barely cooked. The chicken burger had a pathetic amount of onion inside. Seems they spent more time cutting the tomato's than any other part of the meal

Website states that it’s open until till 11pm but we were made to leave at 9:30 as it wasn’t busy enough for them to bother. Extremely frustrating as. We had to pay for a cab home after a night out but only got half the night. Will try elsewhere in future.
