130-132 Hersham Road, EnglandAbsolutely disgusting food, vegetables uncooked, roast potatoes not cooked, the girl serving had chewing gum in her mouth. When the food arrived it was cold, steak raw. We complained were told no money off the food we left uneaten, as a good will can offer a drink. No apology, had to wait three quarters of an hour to get out table cleared. Desert, the spoons were dirty and thrown on the table. People behind also complained. Would not eat their again. Get staff not kids to serve and ones that have manners.Nearly £100, spent and who asks for payment before food is delivered. All our meals were different and all disgusting. Would not recommend this place for eating, customer service bad.

7-9 Hersham Centre, Englandi wouldn’t recommend. while the food wasn’t bad, the waiter, upon being told that i was a vegetarian and would want a separate plate to the rest of my party, went on a ten minute tangent about how i don’t ‘fit the profile’ of a vegetarian. this is because ‘vegetarians are usually slim, and you are not’. he then went on to reiterate this a few more times in different ways, laughing despite the rest of our table was silent. as somebody who has suffered with multiple mental illnesses, including bulimia and body dysmorphia, this really made the rest of the meal very difficult to enjoy. i know i cannot expect the waiter to know my medical history, but that is the exact reason you do not say things like this. my father in law’s birthday meal, which he paid a lot of money for, was then clouded with an air of awkwardness that continued throughout the entirety of the meal.
