A Regular for lunch always a good choice friendly prompt service the hot one sandwich is a firm favourite and delicious!

Amazing place with simply superb coffee. Some of the best I've had in the UK. Guy 100% knew what he was doing. Amazing stuff.

Amazing double muffin and perfect hash brown and a decent size cup of tea. The muffin was steaming till the last mouthful . Just about to grab a Rocky Road to take away as full at the moment!

My favourite sandwich shop. Kirsty goes above and beyond and will always help me decide what to have. Trying new things in my sandwiches or panini. The food is always so fresh and the sandwiches are huge! You are doing amazing Kirsty and we all appreciate the hard work that goes into running a shop on your own 🩷

Still the best and far too much food. Lots left for next day.. very fast delivery as well, piping hot food. The only one I will now use, the rest are rubbish.

My go to coffee and cake place in herne bay. I'm not vegan, but i love it here. Really nice atmosphere with lovely staff. Nice to have a selection of books for sale and an area for little ones to wind down. Coffee is superb and has every type of dairy alternative you can name. I recommend oat milk with an americano if you're new to this. It's a vegan establishment throughout, including the cakes, which for my money are the best in town. Ample in size and rich in taste. On a sunny day it's a sun trap on the pavement and ideal for people watching. The wonderful outlook from inside offers sea views and just a great place to relax and enjoy the best of herne bay.

Fabulous, cosy place. Busy all the time with people in need, a chat or just to enjoy the food which is really tasty and wholesome. Will return very soon

Coffee was nice. Croissant was crusty, flaky and dry. Floor looked like it hadn’t been swept in days. Not the best experience unfortunately. We were only visiting the area so won’t need to be back. Glad it’s not my local though.

Not too busy. Clean and well presented. The food was fresh and arrived all together, which was good as we were a party of 7. Staff helpful.

The shop is not shown as a restaurant named Secret Garden, there is a door to the right of the shop that leads you to a rear garden which is beautifully done and enclosed in a slide away conservatory type construction they do have open flame heaters to take the chill out of the air, I nearly baked this business down as the wait for the food was far too long but in fairness the waiting staff were extremely apologetic and friendly it was hard to get angry especially as they offered to adjust the bill greatly and I have to be honest the food was GOOD! So 5 stars and I'm hoping they improve on times. We would be happy to revisit so that may tell you something.

Lyn catered for our evening event for our Wedding 15th June 2024 with an amazing and delicious BBQ. The food was cooked fresh with various sides including coleslaw couscous, green salad and potato salad, to name just some - and all of our guests said how delicious everything was. Lyn is such a lovely friendly lady and couldn’t do enough to make sure our evening was a success. Definitely recommend and 5⭐ from us. Wendy and Rich xXx

What an incredible little gem! As our first time to the Tea Room, we were utterly delighted and already, can't wait to return! The friendly staff took our order, from the extensive and inviting menu. We had a pot of tea for 2 and it was perfect! Tea cups and saucers! You don't find that anymore so it was brilliant. We had sandwiches, toasties and cake. All of which, was delicious. Despite my children making noise and mayhem, the staff were kind and helpful. The war time items on show were fab and I enjoyed showing my 6yr old daughter what a ration card was! We can't wait to go back! It's a good thing we are moving to Herne Bay!

Lovely change from all the burgers and fish and chips, Dre's Carribean food is tasty and great value too, would recommend it for sure.
