My favourite pub in Macclesfield (and Mac has a few crackers). This one has friendly enthusiastic staff, always has 3 cask ales on the go... All in perfect temperature and condition, always a couple of local beers and one from further away. Add to this the, made on the premises dinner plate sized pork pies, served by the slice with piccalilli. Oh and somewhere that makes me look forward to cold winter nights... open fires, comfy, cosy, warm rooms, a perfect escape from the weather when you've done your chores in town. Really cool place, great to see all the merch and memorabilia on display! Well priced and good food! That white hot chocolate is to die for!! All the staff are welcoming and friendly! 2nd time I’ve visited today and will definitely be returning!

Fantastic pub to spend evenings in with friends or family. Atmosphere is great with the pool table, leads to great pool tournaments and the live singer nights they have. The selection of drinks alcoholic and non alcoholic is great as a non alcoholic drinker. The owners and workers are welcoming and amazing as always.

Best curry house in the Oldham area..excellent service from the friendly staff and belly busting portion sizes that taste amazing. Highly recommend 👌

Had a couple of afternoon drinks here yesterday then returned for dinner at night lovely clean pub good food and friendly and attentive staff. Was allowed to use pub carpark while staying in the b&b next door. Would definitely return.

It's so good to be able to visit a restaurant knowing everything is vegan. And delicious!

We went in just for drinks. The bar is very cool and has a good atmosphere. Good range of beer too. But the half pints were barely half full. I appreciate European beers have a large froth but in Europe they are often sold as 200ml beers. I feel like these were less even than 200ml portions.

We had a family party of 27 ! Nothing us too much for Vinod ! We were really well looked after - all diets catered for ; vegetarian, gluten free , Jain and vegan ! The food was sumptuous and very generous in quantity! Definitely one of the best Indian restaurants in Manchester! thank you so much

Location and building is stunning, staff are beyond courteous and professional, also extremely knowledgeable, the service was exceptional, at no point were we hounded to buy more drinks or being asked if the food was okay, simply because there was no need, everything was exquisite. The ambience and view from our table was just perfect, the food was so fresh and looked, smelt and tasted divine. Drinks were as you would expect, with ample choice. Me and my wife were celebrating her ‘milestone’ birthday and have always wanted to experience a Michelin restaurant, this exceeded our expectations in absolutely every aspect!
