This is a great takeaway place which everyone should visit. It's available on Just Eat and always delivers food early. It's always tasty and delicious. We have used Luigi's for everything. It's our go to number one takeaway and you need to order from there for your next takeaway.

I’ve only recently started using top wok because I never thought they would deliver as far away as Pensby. To my delight they do. The meals arrive piping hot and taste better than I could have hoped. I strongly recommend you try this chippy it’s great.

Massive portions of tasty authentic meals. the chow mein is the best I have ever had and is enough to feed 2 people easily!!

Disgusting attitude by staff. Long wait at the drive thru, then not given the correct order. Go back and complain - manager then comes to tell me she packed it herself and it was right when she gave it to us. Invited her twice to come and check the car if she was actually accusing me of making it up! Funnily enough she didn’t take me up on the offer to investigate the case of the missing cheeseburger. To top it off the food was cold! Won’t be going back

Best foods place I have ever been to. Staff is friendly abd kind and is always ready to help, and serves fresh food. The restaurant has a very good vibe.

Dear Sir/Madam, Subject: Complaint Regarding Discriminatory Treatment While Collecting Uber Eats Order at Birkenhead Branch I am writing to formally complain about how I was treated at your Birkenhead branch on 17th May at approximately 10.15, while collecting an Uber Eats order . I arrived at the store and waited patiently to collect the order. Despite checking in and making myself visible, I was kept waiting significantly longer than necessary. Other customers and delivery drivers who arrived after me were served ahead of me, without any explanation or acknowledgment from the staff. As a Black person, I left feeling humiliated and disrespected. I believe the treatment I received was unfair, and I am concerned that racial bias may have played a part in the way I was ignored and dismissed. I request that this incident be thoroughly investigated and that Greggs ensures all customers and delivery partners are treated equally, professionally, and respectfully, regardless of their race or background. Please confirm receipt of this complaint and inform me of the outcome of your investigation and any actions taken. A email has also been sent to head office
