Double Luck House in Wirral

We just ordered a takeaway from this place. The food was appalling, we ordered Pawn Crackers, Chicken and sweetcorn soup and salt and pepper chips. The pawn crackers were stale as anything. The soup was gloopy and seemed to have just been heated up in a microwave, and the s&p chips had zero seasoning on and tasted like they were reheated chips. Ordered from JustEat with alright reviews, but should of checked google first

We ordered a takeaway from this place tonight, the food came on time. However the food was cold and our chips had the taste and texture that they had been cooked the day before and had been reheated today. Very disappointed

Absolutely Fumin with this order I ordered £24 worth of good x2 chips only one came over half hour late when I left 5 mins away! Was freezing n when I rang up to complain I she asked me what do you want me to do !? Disgusting

Absolutely fuming, normally great food and service, ordered dinner at 6.40pm it's now gone 9pm, phone is constantly engaged, no food and a £25 hole in my account, disgusting.
