Awful sweet box did not have £10 worth of sweets and all the sweets were sticky and tasted off

I PAID EXTRA FOR MINI EGG COOKIE DOUGH AND IT WAS HARD, BURNT AND INEDIBLE AND HAD NO MINI EGGS ON IT. TRIED TO CALL THE SHOP FOUR TIMES BUT NO ONE ANSWERED. THE PANCAKES WHERE COLD AND HARD. £22 FOR A RIGHT MESS THAT WENT IN THE BIN. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND SAVE YOUR MONEY !!!

Milkshake was just vanilla ice cream and too thick also couldn’t taste the bueno , cinnamon rolls are unreal tho! And delivery driver so friendly !

One of the sundae's was fine, the other was virtually completely melted. Clearly made too early and left on the side until driver arrived. Shocking.

Ordered 2 different cheesecakes a daim one and a caramel one they sent 2 caramel ones and didn’t answer the phone also missed my ice cream that I asked for with the cheesecake just sent the other ice cream that I had added on!!!! How can you possiblly get that order wrong. First and last time ordering , oh and the cheesecakes for the price you pay are tiny, jokers

Was asked to pay via bank transfer as the card machine was broke. When I was transferring the funds, I was putting it to a business account, account doesn't match but thats what this place is, a business, so when I questioned it its gotta b to the personal account. Wud of walked out only my son wanted the milkshake

went here last week, crap service all talking in the back of the shop when i was waiting to get served, would not go again, prices are too expensive, all look like they don’t care about the customers, should be hiring nice people, horrid customer service so snotty on the phone with you and behind the till, asked for a chess cake and tasted stale like it’s been in a box for days. sort it out.

the waffles advertised did not come it was a quarter off that it was rock solid bearly edible very disappointing was definitely not worth the money an the milkshake was bearly blended over all very disappointing desserts an will definitely not be ordering again.

I have no words. 🤦‍♂️ the money ive put into this place over the years to get sent this. A sundae is apparently a un made milkshake. I agree on the most part but you blend everything else ive ever had from there. I used to run restaurants and takeaways. This is just lazyness

Absolutely gorgeous, would really like to be able to order a small ish portion of mr whippy ice cream to go with the waffles so please look at this. The little pot doesnt go very far. X

Spent 40 pound and got 2 good sundaes with blended items and caramel on on outside. But apparently if you don't pick from there ready made ones you simply get ice cream with chocolate. When I could of gone to macdonalds and got a mcflurry with more flavor. Now I have to bin a 8 pound shake as I don't have a blender. I ordered from here a lot putting a lot of money into this place. Won't be ordering again as I rang and there response was that's what you done on the app. Not even offered a discount or free shake on a future order. Be going munchinoes from now on.

The new double chocolate cookie dough is incredible, defiantly going to be my go to from now on. The mini cinnamon rolls are my partners fave he gets then every time. Only negative was the milkshake really, it wasn’t blended properly so was just vanilla milkshake with chunks in.

Very often go in for a cookie dough of some sort and they never fail lovely friendly staff in there shop is absolutely immaculate really nice place to get your goodies from if you haven't already tried I'd highly recommend

Wont order again. Delivery took hour and half, tried calling the restaurant when the delivery shown as delivered when it wasn’t. The restaurant closes at 10 so getting through was a nightmare. When we FINALLY received the delivery the milkshakes were like water. No apology for late delivery, horrendous!!!

Delivery was nearly a hour so had to pick up , picked up and was not worth the money at all! No presentation at all and no flavour in the milkshakes , just shocking

Mini cinnamon rolls are amazing!! No strawberries for my waffles but they called me up to tell me, and offer an alternative! Very generous portions for the toppings aswell!

Not sure if thw strawberries where meant to be frozen but quantity was satisfying

Ordered a waffle with extra toppings. All my toppings came missing and they packet smarties which I didn't even ask for so basically had a waffle with chocolate sauce. Tried to ring and no answer. Tub of sweats was not 16oz and we're all stale as if they have been left out without cover. Very disappointed

rang to chase delivery to be told 'well love youve got to allow it to arrive' even after nearly 25 mins. Missing tango ice blast, only 3 fizzy bottles on the ice cream sundae and far too much chocolate on the waffel🤷‍♀️

Tango blast isn't a tango blast, flavour lasted 2 sips through the straw, lack of flavour aswell. Deserts were satisfactory at best. Was recommended by family but don't think I would order here again. Would not recommend to anyone

The portions are a little small for what you're paying, but did arrive warm and we did enjoy

Ordered here many times, the cookie dough is amazing, fast delivery. However, on this occasion one Ice cream was missing with one of the cookie doughs. I did not ring to request another, as the cookie dough would’ve been cold by the time they sent another ice cream.

Delivery driver was a nice man

Everything that was ordered came and was well packaged, the driver who delivered the food was absolutely lovely, food came at the time it was stated to arrive. Favourite place to order from! 100% would recommend to others.

Sundees we’re lovely so much toppings really filling however the brownies were really small for the price

Lovely food but waffle was very small and only had 2 cut up strawberries on it which was quite stingy. However rest was really nice just wish it was open on more days, very fast delivery as well always a bonus.

I never leave reviews but thank you so much to the yog hut tonight for helping us with our elf on the shelf. The note, the little elf picture & the sweets my son couldn’t believe it and actually nearly cried 😂. Thank you so much for helping us with some Christmas magic!!! Love love love this place for their mini pancakes but this time around, although they were lovely I do think the pancakes need longer cooking or something, I literally picked up a pancake & it crumbled too pieces 🫣 I’m not sure if it’s the amount of time it’s cooked or if it’s the batter itself but it was slightly disappointed when most but not all of them crumbled! Other than that gorgeous milkshakes!!

Don't fix something that isn't broke. This was my fave place to go before they stopped delivering in our area . Tried another place and was impressed but when I saw the Yog hut was open again I was very happy and with additional menu items. Ordered 2 savory toasties , came burnt and rock hard , cookie dough tiny for the price , milkshakes are good. But I think if we want waffles and puddings in future we will have to go elsewhere. I'm gutted because it was my favourite place to go 😭 I'd stick to the nachos and hotdogs . I think adding new items has deffo affected the quality of everything else .

Cookie dough was tiny and thin, could’ve been bigger for the price, frozen yogurt was nice but as it should be as it’s a frozen yogurt shop

Ordered cookie dough which states it comes with ice cream, it arrived without so we rang, they said it was their discretion who they gave it to!!! They said they’d send a driver out with some, this was 2 hours ago. Their now closed, no ice cream and cookie dough cold as we waited for the ice cream. Terrible service!

Nachos were very cold so they didn’t taste nice at all. The sundaes are all 1 flavour, just vanilla ice cream. Took a while to be delivered.

Toasties were very disappointing hardly any cheese was just mostly bread. Sundaes where amazing as always.

I paid extra for the brownie to have Nutella sauce on and it arrived with the tiniest amount on. The brownie was extremely dry used to be served with ice cream but think that has changed as we didn’t get any ice cream. The shake wasn’t nice and there was big clumps of sweets in it which made it hard to chew and the plastic cup was sticky so we had to put it in a new glass cup. We normally love ordering yog hut but this was appalling and we won’t be ordering again

I spend a lot of money here. Todays the first time ive had a problem. I ordered 4x tango ice blasts and 2 have liquid in the other two are like coloured ice.

Very good service and quality, exceptionally quick and amazing on both the restaurant and driver's part.

Awful service. Made an order got a text to say it was out for delivery. Waited 25 mins after the text nothing. Called the shop for them to say it’s on its way and had left the shop another half an hour later still nothing. Called up again for them to say because we are a new customer the manager has to call us to confirm we want the food which we never got a phone call and where told that the food had left so that doesn’t even make sense. Would not order again. Shocking customer service.

Every time I order from this place they have changed the way the pancakes are made, sometimes they are big, thick and fluffy and the next minute they are small and thin, that's the only issue I have when ordering from this place.. everything else is spot on especially the milkshakes

Will not order again. Shocking, the chocolate filled crepes were just a few of the multipack ones from Costco which are about 100 for £5, rock hard by the time they arrived. Waffle was like rubber. Avoid!

When ordering at 18:47, the delivery time stated 25-35 minutes which is the reason we chose to order from here, about half an hour later I got a text saying the order was delayed and would arrive before 19:50. At around 19:30 I got a notification saying the food was on its way - at 20:00pm I rang the restaurant as the food hadn’t arrived, I told the lady on the phone that we’d had a notification to say it was on its way, to which she replied ‘it’s still here, sometimes just eat just updates when it hasn’t actually left’, there was no apology or update as to when the food was actually coming. Food arrived around twenty minutes after the phone call (20:20pm). Obviously it’s a hot day, so ice cream was mostly melted but the fact the lady on the phone said that it was still at Yoghut when I rang, was it just sat there waiting to be collected by a delivery driver? To pay £3 for delivery, when it arrived nearly two hours after I ordered despite the advertised timings suggesting otherwise, is unacceptable. Customer service was poor and food wasn’t great.

Very disappointing delivery. Chocolate filled crepes are what you buy from Asda and warm up yourself. Chewy and flavourless. Straws for ice blasts are useless after 20 seconds. Forgotten ice cream with waffle which was chewy anyway! Overall poor experience.

Didn’t receive one of the Items

Desserts arrived with none of the ice cream or the pouring cream and the portions were ridiculously small. Definitely won’t be purchasing here again.

Absolutely horrendous. “Freshly baked” waffle clearly made in a batch and reheated, hard, stale tasting and no fluff at all.. Not genuine Nutella, not genuine smarties. Ice blasts need more syrup, more like a “snow cone” £25 and we’ve hardly eaten any, won’t be coming back.

Cheese cake, milkshakes and sundaes weren’t very nice had a horrible taste spent £40+ and only thing that got eaten was the cookie dough. Will not be visiting again

Delivered with only 1 straw for my two milkshakes, the cookie dough came with ice cream that had gone to water and it did not explain how small the cookie dough was. The milkshakes were melted and like water

Hotdog wasn't really worth the money, and the cinnamon rolls didn't have any icing on top as advertised. Also the straw is useless for an Ice Blast 😂
